About the Fitness Court:
Foster City’s Fitness Court is a free outdoor gym designed for adults of all ages and abilities. It features a series of 7 full body exercises that can be completed in just 7 minutes, and is shown to burn more calories per minute than other forms of exercise.
To get started, follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1) Download the ‘Fitness Court’ app from the App store and make an account.
Step 2) Watch the how-to videos to learn each routine.
Step 3) Once you've got each routine down, go to the ‘train’ button and listen to the audio guide, where personal trainers lead you through exercises.
