I'm quite skeptical about this, he said Christians we don't have to spread the gospel, our goal is to populate heaven and save lost souls. I think he was deceived and should go to a pastor and be cleansed... breaking soul ties and freeing himself completely from any demons, remember the devil is a deceiver...

The " I'm scared " moment is so touching that got me crying. I felt that . When you feel lost , weary , lonely , anxious ... it's at that moment that you truly find Jesus. It truly changes your life

My only hope is that Riaan continues to grow in his walk with Christ. To find sound mentorship to help him unlearn certain things and learn the Word of God. This is a journey and many things will change as he develops. Although there are so many things I disagree with, I am hoping that his journey leads him to Christ and ultimately Heaven. The best we can do is pray for him.

Sanctification takes time. It takes time to renew the mind and get the full inner healing and deliverance in order to walk in the abundance Christ died for. He said God showed him people who are in deliverance ministry. Pray for his journey!! 🙏🏻🕊🔥

On the surface, it seems legit, but upon listening to this interview, this seems to be some kind of "new age Jesus" he encountered. A message of unsanctified love is not the gospel. Nor is one where "no forgiveness" is required. That is not to say that God doesn't love us unconditionally - He absolutely does -and He loves Riaan - but Jesus didn't come to just preach love - His love died for our sins so that we could be free from sin, not so that we could all just live as we please in the name of loving everyone! No, Jesus died and rose again so that we could be free from the bondage of sin! Remember the devil can appear as an angel of light. The bible says to test every spirit! and this one doesn't line up with the word!

The fact that he is not willing to expose the facts about the evil of that church is a red flag

I don't know what led me to this video, but I'm thankful that it found me. I'm truly weeping and feeling "knocking" at my heart. I've felt that love yet strayed away because of how fellow "Christians" treated me. Because of hurt. Trauma. Sadness overwhelms me daily. I need help, Lord. Please let me experience this love and peace again. 💙

All this seems like somewhat of a new development for this man… He still has a lot to learn and experience from christ, we all do… give him some time GOD will continue to show him the way…. At first I thought his testimony was amazing. I actually think he was talking to a demon. He can't be saved and reject the Bible. So long as he remains on the path but let's go of his pride and wanting to control truth.. Seems like pride is still a sin he struggles with.

I am so incredibly proud of Riaan. It's the start of a new journey and he is so authentic and real about the process. If we can all be real with our process and realize we neeeeeeedd Jesus deeply everyday. Riaan shows humility and I can see Jesus working through him, it is beautiful!!

This guy is the sign of the people or society to accept the new age Jesus, the rainbow church

I listened through to give it its due. Look, something did happen, I am just not sure what. It sounds more of a damascene moment than repentance that would come from a true Jesus encounter. I was new age, and in fact anti-Jesus, (because I was wilfully ignorant, indoctrinated, and barricaded, - not because I was 'positioned' or philosophised into atheism or such). When the Holy Spirit entered me one evening after a period where I had made my heart available, Jesus's truth was so clear, that much of my 'stuff' just simply 'fell-away'. I knew instantly my folly and the strongholds that were in place. I had no doubt about my new-age orientation having been deftly suggested to me as 'divinity', where it was simply a deviation and a ruse for me to think I was participating in divinity. No-one better to play an angel, than an angel, right?! (lucifer). It sounds to me that Riaan was in a seeking mode already, and clung to Satan overtly for some time, but at some point his heart opened further, or the emptiness of the leaky cup of satanism could no longer 'nourish' him, and so his seeking 'broadened'. The danger I see for him, is that it does not seem to me to be Jesus that appeared, because he still speaks much folly and new-ageism. I cannot see this being possible if the encounter was authentic. Too much thought-process is still present in his thinking (i.e. he is still 'self' orientated). BUT, and it's a big one, I hope he keeps his heart open and not let himself be deluded that he has 'it all' figured out now. One matures in Spirit through the Christian journey, and that counts for even the wisest humans at the point of their turning towards Jesus. He should remain the 1 of the 100, and give himself some more time to process. Just saying. I know what I know, and not by my strength.

This man isn't converted, he has no biblical view of God. A few concerns among many is he says he doesn't feel a need to preach (which is good considering he doesn't know God)., doesn't want to go to church, says god is all love and when he asked for forgiveness was told there is nothing to forgive him for, Jesus wasn't just man, all religions are accepted as long as they have experienced "christ", he's still living a homosexual life, etc. Bretheren don't be deceived, discern with scripture to prove yourself saved anything less isn't Christ but from the evil one. Pray for this man so he may come to truly experience the Lord.

Not gonna lie, my spirit says that this in itself might be the next step in growing his satanist order. You'll know them by their fruit, so praying for him walking it out

If Riaan believes that he is saved, he needs to work out his salvation as is prescribed by the Bible. Some of the things Riaan says here is heretical and very contradictory to the revealed and written Word of God and sound like he has a better truth than what was already revealed. It is as if Jesus is doing a 360 on everything He has actually taught and the Old Testament teaches.

The evidence of a true work of God will always be conviction, repentance, forgiveness and new life. Without conviction there will be no repentance. Without repentance there is no forgiveness. Without forgiveness we can not experience the new life in Jesus. Only in this new life can we truly experience God’s love. I hope and pray that Riaan will come to true conviction, repentance, forgiveness and new life in Jesus.

First of all I’m a Christian, I was converted from a sinful life when I asked God for help, Christianity is sharing the word of SALVATION and salvation is actually available for EVERYONE 🙌🏻 So I’m very glad about this history to be shared hallelujah! Anyway I believe CHURCH IS IMPORTANT, if it wasn’t where this Cristians came from to show him the love of God before this encounter with Jesus? We can’t conflate acceptance and love. How can true love accept the drugs that are destroying you? The promiscuity that is giving you STD’s never mind pulling your soul apart. How can true love accept any path that leads to death and hell? And the wide path leads to hell. How can love not scream for you to get out the way of an oncoming truck? How can love lie to you? Love wants the best for you eternally. Something I live by as a Christian is to care for people but not care what they think about me. The fear of man is a snare and only places emphasis on self which diminishes love. We all come as we are with a heart of repentance And it is Jesus alone who does the transforming. So in love, to Rian or anyone else that may be seduced by the doctrine he is espousing. Be careful you are not deceived, because the devil himself comes disguised as an angel of light. In fact Id say that the highest form of satanism if you go by that term is to be like Satan himself who is the most subtle and greatest deceiver there is. Christ consciousness is a new age deception that will put your soul in danger. The letter kills and the spirit brings life but if anything you hear or see is not confirmed in the word of God which was Holy Spirit breathed, then it is not coming from the author; the Holy Spirit but from a demon. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

53 minutes in. Very alarmed about what riaan is saying. Nothing revolves around us. We are nothing without Christ. He is first. The cornerstone. Our refuge and strength. He is first and last. Everything is About Jesus and for JESUS. Not us. We are sinners in need of redemption until the end of time when Jesus makes a holy and spotless and that will never be in this earthy body. Riaan is right about one thing. There is something coming. There are alot of us "gifted" individuals who have experienced an awakening recently and have been called to either the right hand or left hand path. I've had a similar experience.....very interesting....

I have chosen to follow Jesus of the Bible and it said that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow(Hebrew 13:8). Yes, He is calling us to love one another but not to embrace things that contradict His words. I wish this fellow to please God and get peace that He promised us. (JOHN 14:27).

True Christianity is not nor ever has it been about religion. It is about a relationship with God that is achieved through Jesus Christ.

Riaan the body of Christ loves you. I can see this is a true encounter with Jesus, as I have seen him myself. For all the religious folk, give him grace. He might not have all his words and terminology perfect, but don't think Paul after his encounter was suddenly perfected and had a full revelation of the gospel ? He went into a time where Jesus taught him and built his roots. Give Riaan grace, we believe he is going to be powerful used by the Holy Spirit to share Jesus to the world. I for sure didn't have all my words right snd had some wonky doctrine when I first met Jesus, but boy was I in love and passionate!!! No one could stop me and I see this on Riaan. There are times I am very embarrassed and shocked by the aroma (not the sweet kind, that accompanies Jesus) that my brothers and sisters in Christ leave - this is one of those times. I’m appalled, honestly, by most of these comments. You all seem to know your Bible, but sadly, you don’t seem to know the Spirit. Give this precious man some space and time, for the love of God! He JUST encountered Christ.. do you expect one should have everything perfectly together right away?! Who are you, to throw judgement at him? I’m sick of these wolf in sheepskin references. Worry about your own salvation, please. And pray for Riaan.. from love, not from self righteousness.

We will surely pray for Rian as he is now newly converted and new in His walk with Christ. His challenges will even get more severe as saran is angry for losing a member.

As an agnostic atheist I found this podcast educational and a lot of what Riaan said aligns with how I imagine a higher power would be if it were to exist. I would be interested to hear further details about the conversation he had with God and the answers he gave to the questions atheist and non-believers have regarding the existence of God.

He perfectly described the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit that I know. Unity in Christ is goal. What to do with all of this denominational stuff? You can tell he's been with all 3 members of the Godhead by what he says, and the peace he's ruled by. Josh couldn't grasp the supernatural component but in time I'm sure he will. I did not grow up in a church and I did not get involved into even up until today any type of Christian community. But as time went on in my walk with God I do now consider myself a Christian. And I would love for this man to read this comment that I’m placing her because I am not somebody who is coming from a doctor native mindset. I am coming from a place where I myself have done rituals I have tapped into spiritual realm portals I have talk to spirits and I also ended up finding Jesus in the same place. No in the beginning finding him and being in his presence is loving and has compassionate and has overwhelming as it is as I continue to remain faithful to my occult practices a lot of the “ Spirit lead engagements“ that I was going through was not always the same spirit. You do realize that the devil disguising himself as an angel of light is not something that people just talk about until you experience it yourself. I’m not saying that he did not meet Jesus but I am saying that the devil will try to use New Age practices to throw on top of what you’ve just encountered with the one true and living God in order to not only confuse you but to confuse those who hear your testimony. This isn’t some thing somebody told me this is exactly what I went through. I was never one pure pressured to read the Bible, and for a long time I did not think that I needed to. I was always getting my revelation from spirit itself and a lot of times I was constantly feeling drained constantly going through spiritual warfare and I didn’t even know how to fight these battles. Until one day I finally got so frustrated and tired with what’s going on and I told God in prayer that if the way that I’m choosing to see things is not right and if it is hindering my relationship with him if it is putting filters on my eyes and causing me to be blind and causing me to be deaf spiritually to please revealed to me the truth and I literally heard him in the most sound voice say “these things, will turn on you… But I never well. And then he showed me a Vision of the Bible and I knew that it was time for me to actually go into that with an open mind. Once I did I started to understand that having a relationship with God means that this isn’t just about me here and what I want to know and what I want to see him as. He left his word here on earth so that we can know him so that we can understand him not just as a religious god as people would say but as a person as a friend as a companion as somebody that we can have a loving an intimate relationship with. Am I telling this man to run towards a religious label and consult for Christian? No! But that is some thing that I ended up making the choice to do later but out of my own free well. Don’t get confused by this whole “Christ consciousness“ because not one person in the world has ever had to die and get murdered for that belief system. But people have been killed stoned to death and sacrificed because of the true living and active word of God. Many people say well no the Bible was written by men and no it was changed throughout the years so many times. First of all, God use man to write the Bible what else would he use? A giraffe? A dog? That’s ignorant. And second of all, all of this talk about revisions but if you go through every manuscript as ever been written throughout the past 2000 years yes you’ll see the changes in the language and you might see changes in choice of words but every single manuscript that is found in the gospels of Matthew Luke John and the letters from Paul and revelations are all pointing to the same exact message. I myself used to believe that the Bible was faulty and I didn’t need to read it it was just going to confuse me and it’s just some man-made religious “bullshit“ but there is true freedom and the word of God and when you really allow yourself to have an open mind and a open heart to it you not only had the proper tools to go through this life but you also understand A very big principal that will help you remain stable in your walk with God and it’s this. Nothing is ever truly new. Especially under the sun. Life is a repetitive pattern of cycle after cycle. Call himself is the same yesterday today and forever. This isn’t to say that he won’t do something new. Because Jesus Christ is new. But he did not come from under the sun he came from the heavens and was made flesh. And when you follow Jesus and abide in Jesus you’re able to understand fully with your eyes wide open understanding the beauty and also the passion of life and how to overcome this world. This book was made for all of us not just a select group of people. And understanding God is one of the most important things that a man can ever do in this life is to truly understand who he is. We are called to test every spirit and test every truth, so how do we know how to test the spirit? It is found in the Bible. I know I’m going to get a lot of hate comments about what the Bible has to say about sin. But if you look even more closely with the research I’ve done is that man loves to make sin seem like it’s a fight that you have to go through on your own and that it’s a suffering process. But the Bible specifically states that when you lean on Jesus he takes away all earthly desires to the point where it’s saying flat out that the Holy Spirit is so powerful, that it is literally taking away the identity that you once had before you came to him and the things that you wanted before that are not pleasing to God you will no longer want. But a lot of people stand in disbelief and don’t understand and don’t even know how to practice this because they don’t even truly believe in Jesus. They may have been forced to follow a certain religious view of Jesus! So if they don’t have any face with their religion then Jesus can’t work within them. So to summarize it all I really hope and pray with all of my heart and all my soul at this man continues to understand the true one and only living God. Because Jesus and God is as one he is the alpha AND omega and I’m praying over this man that revelation and truth will be revealed to his him like a sword through the soul and spirit!

The "Kingdom of God" is not a place where everyone keeps "Christian rules," but an image of a society that is perfectly just and fair. A Christian should try to remedy injustices and unfairness in their own society.

Wow! HALLELUJAH! This man is speaking more truth than most pastors are preaching in pulpits right now!! LOVE is the KEY and WEAPON for us to reveal God rightly! It’s as plain as day all throughout scripture, that without LOVE we are just noise……the world and the church are lacking the love of Christ, let’s be the love that this world so desperately needs….

I absolutely love this interview...I've cried and it's really touched my heart, all lessons are necessary...I am inspired by this come back. We are all struggling with something we can't talk about. This interview makes my spirit so happy. Speaking about how Jesus has flooded us with those feelings of love. We speak of it so sporadically, kind of like a child being so excited to tell the world what they’ve experienced. It’s beautiful! I believe this man’s testimony. There are gifted people in which God has almost made our lost selves be pulled into his sight like never before and being made feeling seen in a way we have never felt. I’ve read through some of the comments here & it amazes me how people think they are important enough & specially elected to understand a force as omnipotent as God . Let this man live . I hear his softspoken voice. Sometimes i feel his presence near me when im praying and calling to him specially before bedtime. Believe That Jesus is real. Do not doubt Jesus. God's love makes one weep, even upon reflection, when truly felt. Christian pastors have told me to be wary of my emotions, as the "enemy" uses it to deceive. I have rejected that notion since EXPERIENCING what I have come to associate to the holy ghost coming upon me. Since then, I recognize GOD in others when I FEEL their emitting of LOVE. GOD truly is LOVE. When you FEEL Love so deeply that it causes warmth and an overwhelming sense to weep, you are literally experiencing GOD. I cannot prove this to anyone, yet I KNOW this to be true. HE's promised that if you call upon HIM with a true heart, HE will reveal himself to you. (Usually, through the overwhelming and UNDENIABLE feeling of love, peace and comfort, which is instantly understood and recognized by its uniqueness and almost telepathic KNOWING ) Then when you accept this to be true, he literally transforms you, like HE is literally doing to SWEET AND DEAR Riaan. Most "Christians" (who do not LOVE everyone) have not crossed over into this understanding yet. You can't earn your way into the realm-changing Kingdom Of God, without TRUE LOVE FOR ALL) GOD IS LITERALLY LOVE, LOVE IS LITERALLY GOD. GO OVER THAT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

The big problem with Christianity are the Christians , the big problem with atheism are the atheists and so it goes with every large group of people everyone is flawed. I look at the thread and it’s easy to pick out the righteous , all knowing Christians, implying he’s offline “ not Christian enough “ the usual crap. This guy has just given his life to JC his journey is just starting, he is on fire and experiencing a spiritual awakening his road is long and the context of his walk is where he’s been. Who knows where this ends up or the road he takes. The phycological make up of humans is that people like people like themselves so this guy represents everything that the stock standard Christian can’t deal with. I hope his road is narrow as he focuses on the gospel and the truth, I hope he is strong because the religious, righteous, happy clappies are going to judge him. I hope he is surrounded by people that show him love and compassion and then direction.

Amen bro! I have had an encounter with Jesus too and you 100% accurate. Anyone who questions your salvation doesn’t know the true living Jesus Christ because he truly loves everyone and he would die and raise again for everyone but we need to have a relationship with him and truly go back to him❤ He loves you everyone and pray that you encounter him! As Muslims we revere Jesus with the greatest respect, he is mentioned 97 times in our Holy Quran. To us he was a Prophet sent by Allah (God), as was the Prophet Mohammed, preaching One Creator only, and that we as the human family CAN overcome our diversity and cultural differences and live together in peace and harmony. But only if we focus on true spiritual values as teached by Islam and also true Christianity, and we focus on our Creator for guidance in a world gone mad. I only know this voice within me as I have heard through you (though God is everywhere by your expression of love even if it's only to an animal, a plant, or a rock). I can see now that your face has been used as the face of the Satan Church to be disparaged; but this I see further that it is not your face, but is the face of [those] written as wolves in sheep's clothing who are the deceivers. It is astonishing to behold that the true Satanists are the ones singing lullabies as broken subjects like yourself have been 'set-up' to take the mark of the beast, and fall, all of which was just a deterrent for their get-away for being the performers of these evil works. It is no wonder the collective conscious of the so-called Christ church is very very upset and mocking of your conversion, simply by the accepted expression of love experienced by one who showed you grace. He is right about 1 thing. There are too many people out there calling themselves christians who spread hate, rejection & judgment. That is not what Jesus did. He loved people & won them over with grace. Jesus spoke of forgiving 70 x 7 because that's how many chances we get to get it right. The people who were going around judging & condeming people for not being perfect were known as pharisees.
