Thanks so much for this video. I went there yesterday and got the 3 for £10 SW meals offer and the salt and pepper skewers! Just had those for lunch today with salad. Thanks so much for mentioning those as I always think there’s nothing else in there I can get like that as presume they will be too high in syns. They are really spicy and delicious, I love spice anyhow. If you ever see any more items low syns I’d love to watch more videos like these. You might have recorded ones before, I’ve joined your channel since Feb when I started SW. Really appreciate your help ♥️✨

Thank you! SW only released it on their socials yesterday at lunch time. It was just the right place at the right time and, everything was well stocked 😍. Gonna try those other skewers with the glaze and count them in. Love the chicken n black bean. My favourite meal is the meatballs n pasta, delicious

All of the skewers were in a freezer together in our local food warehouse! Hopefully you can find them. They had lots of flavours x

Hi Lynne, we saw the same ones in Food Warehouse. We love that it is the same company so can pick up the products in more than one store. Enjoy the sweet and sour! James and I are not big lovers of the sweet and sour type sauces but I hope you like them! Xx

My husband stunned I will now eat a ready meal...previous to SW I have gone they are poor value, I don't enjoy and can throw a Omelette together quicker. I now love a SW meal for those times i am sore, tired, hungry and can't be bothered even doing a Omelette. I have looked at ingredients and think key is good amountcand quality ingredients and very little additives..the Salmon being a great example. I love fact you get recipe so forcmexwith awesome fish supplier i can replicate recipe or tweat itca bit or use a different fish. If just myself and husbandxwe do a share or times he justcwants a Chinese Curry which i really dislike, I can now pull outca SW meal and not feel deprived at all. I would say great value for money compared to ordering a Takeaway as well. I hope you really enjoy run up to holiday meals even tho working it starts getting you in mood Oh new phone I cant find a purple heart or hug x
