I’ve met only three people IRL that have seen it. It’s such a shame that it’s so relatively obscure because it’s one of the most visionary aesthetic experiences ever captured on film.

I'm also admirer of "PELICAN'S BRIEF"! Very elegant directing by ALAN J. PAKULA (also excellent writing, far better than original John Grisham!). I love so many of Pakula's works: "KLUTE" with Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland, "PARALLAX VIEW" with Warren Beatty (written by ROBERT TOWNE & Lorenzo Semple Jr.) "ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN" with Redford, Hoffman, Robards, Warden & Jane Alexander (written by William Goldman) and "SOPHIE'S CHOICE" with Meryl, Kevin Kline and Poland :)
