The "lost" Fox & Crow cartoon produced by Columbia's Screen Gems animation studio, known to exist only as a B&W TV print without opening and closing titles. This was also the last F&C cartoon to be directed by Bob Wickersham. Released 29th August 1946.

I remember reading fox and crow comics back in 1962.It lasted around 100 issues,then changed its title to "stanley and his monster"around 1967.Never knew that there were also fox and crow cartoons !

Crow is no Buzzy. Never saw these guys on TV when I was a kid. Glad I got to see them for the first time. Now to find the rest of the cartoons in this series. Nice animation.

This was the last short in their own series but not the last time we would see them. From here it's 1 Phantasy short 1 last Color Rhapsody short and 3 Jolly Frolics shorts when they went to UPA.

Originally released into movie theaters on August 29, 1946! It is the only Fox and Crow cartoon that you can see on a Black and White TV print!

This is last cartoon in which Fox and Crow voiced by Frank Graham until his death in 1950.

If a color copy of the short exists it's either at a private collector or the Columbia archives. Then again best we can do is a recolor of it to at least get a idea on what it could have been.

Fact: Despite currently only existing in black-and-white, this cartoon was originally made in Technicolor.

I guess they want copyright infringement from the Disguised Crowe by saying what’s up duck , so They managed to jump it over by saying what ya doing doc ! Clever yet sadly this cartoon is long forgotten until someone uploaded .

1:14 Possibly an inside joke. Mel Blanc had a food sensitivity to carrots and needed to spit out the chewed carrot immediately after every bite-chew-"What's up, Doc?" take.

@@PowerAnimationsPACStayAnimated actually these were produced in Columbia Pictures which were acquired by Tex Avery Animatiors before they were working on the 2nd era of Tex Avery from 1945-48
