Best of luck to you and your mother. My grandmother had dementia and her final days in the hospital were nightmarish for the family, even worse so for her I imagine. And it was a long, sad decline before then. Hope you have a better experience and that this serious, terrible disease becomes treatable sooner than later.

Fox news is obviously propagandistic, as is MSNBC, CNN and corporate News in general. That said, it is also obvious that Biden clearly exhibits cognitive issues except whenever he has a big national event like a presidential debate or State of the Union. That's why there is speculation they put him on Adderall or other stimulant that they can't keep him on long-term. One can't prove it but it's logical.

Ambien was prescribed for me to try it for a couple weeks. I woke up during the night thinking, “I thought I was asleep.” It made me get up and cook during the night. The only way I knew was finding dirty dishes in the morning. Checkup told doctor I wasn’t taking anymore. When I told her about cooking she laughed. Laughed! I lived in a hundred year old tenement building with a gas stove. It put me and my neighbors in danger.
