So I think that maybe I was the inspiration for "Cut Ya Water Off"! I was the "Turn-off" man for water, electricity, and gas companies and Southwest Detroit was my area of service (My “Old-G” got me the job after high school). I had never been to that part of town and was taken aback by the poverty. I would give all the families 15-day extensions but my company said that I wasn't meeting my quota and another co-worker took me aside to tell me to "step it up". This cat would literally be getting shot at while at the meter and main valve water pipe turning off "water" AT CRACK HOUSES (fool was ducking/dodging gunfire to meet his "cut-off" quota). So I took his advice and the 1st house on my route had this huge wooden fence and I remember struggling to climb over this 7-8 foot fence to cut off the water at this rather nice crib in Southwest. When I landed, I found myself “face-to-face with what I thought was a BIG A$$ Rothweilder but know now was actually a mean-A$$ "killa" Bullmastiff growling and showing his teeth but in silent-mode like a canine Ninja. It was like we both said "Awww $hit It's Ooonnn!" at the same time! The next thing I know I was landing back on the other side of the fence to safety and 30-years later cannot tell you how I was able to catapult that tall a$$ fence IN ONE SINGLE LEAP. I don't remember moving, just landing back where I started (freaky type stuff), it was like I was transported through a portal...I was there and then “puff” gone in a millisecond! I could hear that Ninja Killa Bullmastiff pissed off because his “mouth was all ready for the taste of A$$”!

I'm glad Rick Wershe is home after they did him dirty with all that time he did.
