Thanks buddy, this build is one of my favorite. I had the vision for this car since I was a teenager, just haven't really had the time to ever throw one together until now. Also I want to build a real teal coupe, my 2nd favorite color.

I’ve got to redo the quarter glass in a 1995 cougar special edition I bought it new in 95 but they have a wide rubber around them

Shouldn't be much different. If they are original just make sure to clean thoroughly and grab a can of bully dog adhesion promoter to apply before your primer and you will be fine.

How hard is it to put new seals on these quarter glasses

Window urethane adhesive in a caulking gun its pretty easy

Is the primer available in rattle can? Or is there a rattle can option that you would recommend?

Spray max 2k aerosol is an epoxy can primer that I have used before for a quick spot repair, however you wont get the thick high build feature you will get with the other to fill any imperfections.

LMR has replacements for $450.00 Better than original, i bought a set and was shocked at how good the quality is. anyone that goes through the trouble of removing these windows should buy new ones dont even bother with the old

Yes, they finally have them. Definitely the way to go unless like in my case it's just a race car and don't need to be perfect

question what is yours are so trashed sanding with 80 grit not an option. what kind of filler would you use?

USC flex glaze, SEM bumper bite someone else has mentioned. Any good quality flexible bumper or rubber glaze/putty.

Local paint supply store, or ebay. SEM Trim Black.

Bumper bite hardens so quickly you barely get a chance to use it.

That's why I recommend the usc flex glaze over Bumper Bite for this job. That and I have used USC for years. Good stuff.
