Well he was an athlete. Also if you follow his IG... training is pretty much ALL he does. He and Joe Manganiello are the few celebrities that could easily transition to coaching.

@@moustaphamoussabouh9985 yes it does. It programs your body to preserve muscle while fasted. It also puts you into a deeper state of ketosis by using any excess glucose. When you fast. You enter low state of ketosis. There are already many benefits of ketosis from studies. He may be on paleo but he recognizes the benefits of it and puts himself in a ketosis state in the mornings. That's why he drinks bulletproof coffee. He isn't a strict paleo dieter. He eats some processed foods as he revealed at the start like the pan cakes lol

Grillo's hair is totally on top of its game here, buzzed on the sides with a natural layered tousle on top finished off with a light brown rinse to bring out his eye colour. Pay attention people because It doesn't get any better than this.

Really started getting into the stuff Grillo has been doing. Quite a motivational figure, without him having to try. Comes across as a great guy. Just watched Boss Level lmao, crazy movie and im on second season of Kingdom atm....I also had Arnie as my choice to train with although Id probably pick Frank now. Great vid guys.

I binge watched Kingdom during the lockdown at the start of the year and it really snapped me out of the down mood I found myself in, basically watched anything the guy is in cos he’s such a boss to watch, finally gonna get to watch Boss Level on my day off (Thursday) might try to find paleo popcorn for the occasion 🤣🤣🤣

How this guy didn't win an Emmy for Kingdom astounds me. Incredible show and some of the best acting you're gonna find on the small screen, not just from him, but the whole cast. If you haven't watched it, get after it. Grillo is the real deal and the show isn't at all what you might expect it to be. It's so much more.
