Franklin "Frank" Reynolds (aka: The Warthog) is the father of Dennis Reynolds and Dee Reynolds, and the ex-husband of Barbara Reynolds. Frank also lives with his apparent biological son (and ex-husband), Charlie Kelly.
He is a member of "The Gang" that owns and runs Paddy's Pub. He used to be prim and proper, but after he divorced Barbara, he let himself lose all convictions and live with no moral compass or decency.

The crazy part is that the producers forced the gang to take him on after shaky ratings in the first season. They didn't want to but they had no choice. Turns out the producers made a good choice.

@@jakej2680In their podcast, they actually talk about how his daughter, Lucy, convinced him to do it. She seen the first season, met with Rob and said, “I’m gonna get my dad to do this”. He watched the first season, thought it was funny, and with his daughters push, he agreed 🙂

@TrollToll of course he was. But he wasn't a complete degenerate until he joined the gang. He did a lot of shitty things, but he lived in a mansion and took care of himself. He didn't live in squalor having sex in trash cans and playing under bridges until he joined the gang.

If Frank was in a post apocalyptic world he'd become this massively powerful lord. He has almost no morals, a brilliant knowledge of scams, manipulation and how business works, and a amazing capacity for violence and underhanded moves. If it was in Zombieland universe he'd charge people to live in his kingdom where he uses zombies as guards and sets them loose on people to get more customers.
