I made this dish for the wranglers on the ranch this morning but I didn’t cut the frankfurters on the diagonal. They were so mad and told me that they didn’t have enough flavor. I promised that I would make it up to them with Hungarian Meal.

Hi Kay! You might like this one. It's a cheap easy meal for breakfast or anytime really. My family has been making this for a few generations and everyone loves it. You can add more or less depending on how many people you are feeding. I hope you try it and like it. From one home cook to another.

With all that parsley I'm surprised that the omelette was not strong, I was a bit worried that it could overpower Lee.
