I know this is a joke because my and my kids wear them daily (and love them). All the kids at school are jealous, so they pick fun at my boys. The other evening I had a woman “accidentally” bump into me at the grocers store. She was trying to hit on me I know it.

Yes, James, I have a couple of pair, lol. I've had them for decades, literally, as they went by another name back then Yes, I have used them at air shows and football games, and yes, my wife wishes she was with another man when I have used them. I've calculated they are in the area of maybe 2x. Couple them with an umbrella hat, and people will definitely leave you alone. Forever. Worst product ever? They're so ludicrous, I can't throw them away. As always, thanks for your review.

I work in a place with a lot of artists (CGI). I'm going to get these for when we do art reviews. I'll put a "Magic Art Evaluation Glasses" label on them. When I go to do review I'll throw them on. Hmm and haw about the piece, cluck my tongue, look at the artist, and shake my head in disappointment as I take them off and walk away.

I liked the old washer in the background of the restaurant you were eating at while you were testing the Zoomies. I think the washer would still work better than the Zoomies at doing the job it was supposed to do ;-)

The real tip-off is right on the package. 400% magnification.......which is another, yet more misleading way of saying 4X magnification. That's not much and judging by your video, it barely looks magnified at all.

That's true. 400% sounds a lot more impressive than 4x! The original ads said it was 300%, so I'm not sure when it was "upgraded" hah.

4x Magnification? It looked like it might be 1.5x, and even that was pushing it I thought. If it's actually 4x magnification, it's mostly counteracted by the blurriness I expect.

Its the magnification on a trijicon Acog. Useful enough to spot IEDs before you are too close.

So funny. It reminds me of making o's with your thumbs and index fingers and turning them upside down over your eyes. And, yeah, like you said, probably not a good idea to walk around for safety sake, but they look ridiculously hilarious. I was waiting for you to poke yourself in the eye with the straw or up the nose. I cannot believe you actually wore them in public. Lol The things you do to help your subscribers.

I have to say the intro with the box on the dash while your driving made me feel anticipation i LOVED that. Ive seen most if not all of your videos and i am continued to be inspired to watch more because of your thoroughness. I bought this product from a British catalogue firm called Betterware,without reading any reviews.They apparently were selling Zoomies under the generic name 'Hands Free Binoculars' and it arrived in a non-descript card box.I tried using them/fiddled with them for about 20 minutes and realised I spent most of my time trying to get them in focus.Wearing them made me feel disorientated and slightly sick as the lenses were so small.Even after a period of less than an hour I didn't want to continue using the glasses.That's how bad they were.The build quality is poor as well

These bad boys look like a migraine waiting to happen.. it almost hurts just thinking about it. Optics is one thing where you truly get what you pay for. The difference between $50 binoculars and $500 Zeiss or Swift binoculars is night and day. Buy them young and you'll have them your entire life.

I feel like these would be a great way to teach people what it’s like for people with visual difficulties. I tried myopic lenses once that are made for that purpose, and it sucked trying to cook something like that. Tl;Dr: I was an intern in the design division for a major appliance manufacturer. They have a whole suite set up to have employees try out various physical and vision difficulties, to emphasize we needed to be inclusive of the very elderly and disabled. BUT, I know high schools sometimes do similar things, as well as some college classes, and they won’t have nearly the money available to buy the special glasses. I do know several people who’s vision is blurry and limited to a small dot, so it does replicate some actual issues.

I bought Zoomies (or equivalent) a long time ago and they did not magnify at all. Don't know what I did wrong but no magnification. Plus they are painful to wear.

Zoomies are a bad product, but IMO one of the worst products as seen on TV was the No No Hair Removal kit. The product took forever and a day to work, left razor stubble, and the smell of burning hair as well.

I think it was meant for stationary viewing like in a stadium or something, you don't use it while walking or going around places. I know its ugly but its purpose is just like a binoculars.

Unfortunately I bought a pair of those horrible glasses. Fortunately I only paid $3 at a "Dollar Store". Wasn't even worth that! You're supposed to be able to wear them with glasses on. Nope. Great job on these reviews! Keep it up!

If you took these to a stage play, You would love them. They allow you to actually save $$$$$ by getting the lower cost noes bleed seats and they bring the show almost to your seat. They just are not good for anything else.
