When Freddie was passing, he ordered Elton “Sharon” a Christmas present he full well knew he would probably be gone by then, I think he wrote something like “I know you’ll like this Sharon dear” something like that, it just shows how much he cared for his friends and how he was optimistic until the end.

There are some good musicians nowadays, they just aren’t famous :) Some of my personal favourites: Emika, Metronomy, Tame Impala, SoKo, The Drums, The xx, MGMT, Abra, Ariel Pink, Desire, Chromatics, Foals, Alt-J, When Saints Go Machine, Beach House, Amason, Porches & many more Give some of them a listen, you’ll be surprised.

3:57 Touch of the heavens. Queen was one of the first bands that ever gave a shit if their audience participated. Freddie calling out to the crowd and they answered. It was genius. Made the fans feel like they mattered. That’s why there is no fandom as loyal and steadfast as Queen fans. Long live QUEEN!
