Love the red lipstick 💋 looking gorgeous Frederique. Just have to add that I had a little black satin number in my closet for SEVEN years without wearing it! This year, I traveled to Singapore and Thailand on holiday and wore it for the first time! I looked FABULOUS (if I say so myself 🤭). I follow three influencers. Two, combine high low luxe. One of these two is into vintage. The third one is most like my body type. The last one gives cost options. Each one has their pros and cons. I have now watched this video three times, two of them one after the other. It really made it stand out to me how much you reinforce the power of confidence and inner strength and how that transforms the way we not only see ourselves but show others who we are. I have a thyroid disorder that has me grow and shrink every few years, so I have struggled with how to dress for whatever size I am. I love listening to your advice….you’re like a friend who I can laugh along with. I have been to Bali…way too hot for me, but having said that I now live in Greece after moving from Melbourne. I find it extremely difficult dressing well in such a hot climate, plus I feel I’m at that age where I feel I need to cover my arms which is so restrictive in the hot weather. You are so lucky you can still get away with showing your arms. Have a great week.

I'm so glad you discussed fiber content! Polyester is awful but many manufacturers use it because it's less costly for them (but the consumer isn't necessarily getting a price break!). It's getting harder to find 100% natural fiber items. I always read fiber content labels before I buy anything. Even bedding is full of polyester....all those microfiber bedding items are mostly polyester. Why would anyone want to sleep on that or wear that? Love you Frederique!

Thank you Frederique, fabulous video. When you were talking about your black dress and polyester. I love that you’ve gone the natural fabrics route ❤. To get the same look and feel of those flowy poly fabrics, look for Rayon, Viscose and Tencel. All 3 of those are classed as natural (wood pulp) and breathe much better than poly. One of my all time favourite fabrics is linen blended with any of those 3. You’re looking wonderful as always! Have a brilliant week 🌼🌼

I’m 5.4 inches tall and 110 pounds, I’m stuck in the juniors section, my size used to be x-small and after the pandemic x-small got so big in the ladies section nothing fits me 😢😢😢 it’s so frustrating.

I didn't learn about balancing the skin I was showing until my 20's. It's the best way to look classy! Now I share that tip with my very young daughters. ❤ I also like the juxtaposition of something really feminine (ruffles, light pink, sparkly) with something more rock n roll (studded jewelry, leather pants, etc)

I love your red lipstik as well, my favourite colour. What, may I ask, would you advise to wear to a wedding? I have one coming up in March next year on a wine estate in MudgeeNSW. A casual formal. I'm 64 and working on triming down. I am 160cm and hope to be 70 -75 kg or less by then. I am working on a classic new wardrobe. And I love simplicity. Only splash out on scarves and a kimono. I not sure what todo for a celebration 🤔? Do you have ideas 💡. Maybe a video on this? For everyone to enjoy your take on fashion at weddings 🎉

Greetings Frederique, I get frustrated for the lack of retails that don't sell petite sizes. For example: I bought a maxi dress on regular size at $25.00 on sale & it was hemmed up 7 inches for $40.00, therefore, alterations are more costly.
