Volume profile is the most resourceful indicator of all the indicators available out there. It makes the task of identifying resistance and support zones very easy. There are lot of books giving deep details about the same. I would try to explain the volume profile with reference to value area which has been my style of trading. The volume profile indicator is available in trading view trading platform.

Nice content! I did not see the freebie as mentioned in Tradingview. Question how to decide if the stock price is falling below value area or moving above value area is going to be downtrend or uptrend? Is that the POC will let me know. And what ranges one should select for the analysis?

We can choose those stocks for intraday or for swing trading where IV is high. IV can be seen at nifty option chain

@@valueareatradercandle already exist you only put volume profile on the candles and show the trade but real market not show the candles so how put volume profile on you use volume profile previous and show the trade already completed but you can't predict any trade so this reason I can't understand how to find trade how we grab opportunity to do trade

Therz no criteria....u hv to spend time with charts and then u will automatically start to understand the range required... Do more and more backtesting

What is the significance of row size parameter bro? Here you suggested 100. Is it common for all script or should it be according to underlying index or stock?

Just individual preference...it defines the stepsize of the profile... U don't hv to change for different stocks... I hate seeing thick blocks of profile so I increased it to 100 so tht I can see precise profile...

U have selected volume profile till latest period but while in live market u dont know those levels so instead of selecting the whole period select a certain period and then predict and trade using those information because those volume profile might get change in future patterns ..then i think it will be useful.

POC is also might called smart money. After that stock might rocket up. Smart money may be insider or fii buying which you might get from bulk deal

Hii...they hv not removed it..i use it every day...u dnt hv to go to indicators and fetch volume profile, instead u hv to select from the tool window.. watch the first 5 mins again without any skip...

@@valueareatrader Not true. Fixed range indicator now requires paid membership. I tried your suggestion, and it requires me to start the 14 day trial... It's not free anymore. Maybe it was free before when you added to your workspace, but right now it's not free to use, it's a paid indicator. Please confirm. Try with a new tradingview account and you will see. Your suggestion is no longer valid. Thanks in advance

U dnt hv to pick the fixed range indicator from the indicator section... U hv to select it from the tool box from where u get the long position, short position drawing tool... I hv shown tht in the video.. hv sm patience and watch video without skips🙏

It will not let me use it from a logged in account that once paid monthly. It works when I open a different web browser and stay logged out. Either way this brought me to my answer. Thanks alot
