It doesn't get much more Caribbean than on the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Located in the southeast Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles, which lie in the West Indies at the southern end of the eastern border of the Caribbean Sea. Now that sounds complicated. I suggest just google mapping it real quick. Let us know what you think about the pristine deserted beaches, uninhabited islands, lush vegetation. Enjoy!

The accent is stronger in the children as it was years ago in my country The Bahamas. Now the accent is pretty much gone from my people. I appreciate watching this and seeing the strong culture thriving. In my young days we made the coconut husk boats also, and carved out model boats but that time has now past.

i live here and it's so exciting seeing people recognizing us!! one thing i noticed that i'd like to correct though is at 1:09 actually it was called "hairouna" and not "hairoun". this is a common mistake because of a popular beer brand here called hairoun :) overall though nice video but i really wished you went more in depth with alot of stuff like the languages, the festivals, the absolutely gorgeous islands of mustique and canouan, the volcano, the food, the wildlife and so on,, there's so much to talk about and you should really consider doing a part 2 :)

Kendal Coombs The world has uncovered one of the most beautiful and spectacular group of islands in the Caribbean. The people are warm and friendly and will to help. As a diaspora, I visit the island on a regular basis. I am impress with the effort in marketing especially in the Grenadines. However, lot more need to be done on the mainland. Also the infrastructure is abysmal and tourism industry needs a serious overhaul. The revenue from the industry after Covid reflect the attitude of the people that work in it. I am sanguine that more people will experience Hairouna while improving of the industries become a worthy priority.
