Merga, isn't really a villain, she's just a lost water dragon, who just wants to be with them, underwear for takes to bring them back and personally, I don't blame her, I mean that's how I feel about toriyama's death, he was a legend, but how are vegetarian was a bit unnecessary, I mean I understand that you want to have revenge for the water dragons, but the past is in the past.

Nope. Lord Brevon got away. He will return in Freedom Planet 3. Why 3? Because, for some reason, he didn't show up in 2.
