I watched this video 2 days ago along with your 8 golden rules video. I edited a bit to suit my field. I applied to a job and then withdrew the proposal because Spanish is a requirement and my Spanish is basic. I got the request to interview this morning! For a job I'd withdrawn the proposal for!! AND I DON'T EVEN MEET THE SPANISH REQUIREMENT! I could sing but I'll save it for if I get the job.
