Fallout: New Vegas is a action role-playing game set in the Mojave Desert, years after a nuclear war left much of the United States decimated. The player controls a courier who survived an assassination attempt from an unknown assailant. The goal of the game is to complete a series of quests to find the assailant, which eventually culminates in a war between different governing factions vying for control of the Mojave Desert.

1:07:52 Woah hold up. When the caps is grayed out like that it means he does not have any more caps to trade, so you are basically giving him stuff for free, he will appreciate it but its bad for you.

Really important advice: For any BRPG or any game with a companion or party system, you want to cycle your party to complete their quests. Most of these games including every BRPG (Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc.) require companions to be in your party to progress their quests. Cass works best with guns, Victoria works best with energy weapons or up close. Another piece of advice is to have your companion's build/gear complement your playstyle/build, though that's not very important in this game. Just something to keep in mind in general.

Companions have weapons hidden in their inventory with required infinite ammo so you don't need to give them new weapons, Cass for example has caravan shotgun and she is decent with it, Boone has scoped hunting rifle.

If you tune into radio new Vegas via the pip-boy you can hear the dj make comments/react to the things you do in real time. Fun little detail that I missed my first few playthroughs

Hi Ace, to answer your questions, I'd like to see everything! As for companion quests, they are all good, and I highly recommend playing the 4 DLCs. They add a lot to the story.

the dlcs really take this game's story from a 9/10 to a 12/10. and the fact they're all subtly tied together is just *chef's kiss* 👌

Your conversations with NPCs in this game remind me of the first conversation between Ellie and Dina in The Last of Us Part 2, primarily what Dina says to Ellie: "You know what I love about you? How you always let me finish my sentences."🤣

1:05:20 yeah so the stuff this guys has is reason i try to get alot of caps from groups of Legion you find out in the wild (when your at the correct level for the ones that use 12.7mm guns, to spawn) 1:11:35 you can only use this gun if you redirected all power ARCHIMEDES II, in the Heilos 1 Power plant (which you havent).

I like seeing all the quests personally. I think fast traveling takes away from the adventure as well. I don't know to much about fallout NV, i only played one playthrough before going back to Skyrim. Now I've been playing Rust and Starfield. (Console)

the C-Finder you got from the little kid has something to do with helios one and what you already did there, I won't spoil it for you though. I should also add you cannot use that weapon in this playthrough since you already finished the quest and sent the power elsewhere.(u dont have to arm the plant defenses to arm the c-finder)

Oh, and about hacking - passwords are the WORDS. Don't click on anything else. Just try the words, not the junk text that says dud. You'll figure it out after that.
