Part 11: • Freeway Ricky: Watchin...
Part 9: • Freeway Ricky: I Wasn'...
Part 1: • Freeway Ricky on the R...
---------
In this clip, Freeway Ricky shared his thoughts on Kodak Black recently being sentenced to nearly 4 years in prison over gun charges, and he spoke about some people getting out of their neighborhoods only to get back in the streets. He added that it all boils down to who you surround yourself with, adding that he surrounds himself with people who are smarter than him. Ricky then stated that anyone can pick up a gun and kill someone, but it's more important to save lives and improve your community.
During the conversation, Freeway Ricky spoke about his grandfather having 24 children, including Ricky's mother, as he explained that his grandfather was a sharecropper who wanted more children to help him pick cotton and make more money. To hear more, including his parents thinking you couldn't outthink the white man, hit the above clip.

I'm 61 years old. Worked in Corporate America til I was 31. Honestly I haven't met too many white males that are really that smart...intelligence wise. What they do is take advantage of situations that have been handed to them. Most didn't get where they are because they're so smart, it's because they were given an opportunity that they really didn't work that hard for. I use to leave meetings shaking my head and asking myself. "How did this idiot get this job" Been an entrepreneur ever since. Still see it

Ricky Ross is so right tho, ~“.. I’m always looking for someone smarter than me that can take me to another level.”~ -A lot of folks really look down on someone because of their background or they feel they are “cooler” than that person. Understand tho they can be disabled or not as physically advanced even BUT if they know how to do something let them lead the way. They’re good in that one lane and it’s their lane so let them work. 💯💯

not all white people. there were white people who fought alongside blacks during the civil rights era to end discrimination. not all people assume shit about an entire race of people with diverse opinions and values in life based on the actions of even the majority, because some people are able to understand that there's good and bad people, even if the bad people outweigh the good people the good people are still there. alienating them does nothing to end racism.

The sad part is a lot of black people outside of America still think like this, they just don't say it, there actions show it. Black people all over the world need to separate from those who just won't elevate from old ways

Yea! Respect freeway? But the most important thing your missing in these way of thinking is your in your 60s! And there in there early 20s??? Very very big difference side?? If you was that smart at that age you would've got out the game when you had 15 different legal businesses around L.A.??????? Time + experience = knowledge? Knowledge + time = wisdom? If your paying attention in life? Time is the only common denominator that is worst then death because it keeps going wether your doing goid or bad? This means at some point your gonna suffer as well as prosperous in every emotional experience possible? Judgment is a word that should never be used by humanity??

Vlad just revels in the downfall of African American celebrities. I think he can't wrap his head around how a man can be famous and lose his wealth so he smartly profits off of video taping stories of these celebs. He's a sneaky Svengali that Vlad.

Its not that the white man cant be out thought, its that the realm of thought the white man operates in, we as a collective, are not there yet. I've tried to talk about concepts like time, lineage, psychology, and reality and some of my brethren look at me like im crazy. The things i just listed are some of the things used to prop up white supremacy. We should know about them like the back of our hand. When i talked with my mother about lineage, she looked at me like she genuinely learned somthing new. It broke my heart.(when one has a kid, lineage should cross ones mind at least once.) I was talking with my mans about white supremacy and i said it was very intresting. He looked at me i was the devil. I see some of the moves they make and ive seen people make fun of those moves. Example: White people being meek. When you dont seem threatening you can get SO CLOSE to people. Close enough to get information on them, close enough to put your hand in their pocket, close enough to put your blade to their throat. White people are some of the most conniving people but arent treated like that. WE ARE. It scares me how white people keep up with our trends, sayings and even mannerisms more than we keep up with theirs. People that hate you shouldnt have that much info on you. But thats what happens when the understanding and controling of ones identity is seen as 'doin too much' or as my family calls it 'being a busybody'. And thats just ONE exampel of MANY on how not understanding their moves hurts us. If this beast has any chance of being beaten, the way they think cant be so foreign. You cant block moves you dont understand.
