A 6 hour stint from 10am to 4pm at a very cold Stafford station.
As well as the usual selection of freight trains, mostly shed hauled, watch out for a back-to-back pair of HST power cars running from Preston to Derby RTC and two separate shots of the HST Network Rail measurement train on a round trip from Derby RTC.
It was also good to see newly Avanti liveried 805009 running on test from Merchant Park Sidings to Oxley Car. M.D.
