Catch and Cook Fish Tacos:
After cleaning the catfish we show you how we batter them up for the fish tacos as well as fry up some smaller whole friers.
For the Tacos, I warmed up the Tortillas on the Blackstone Griddle and used some Cabbage finely sliced along with a little bit of Jalapeño and Sereiano Peppers diced up finely with some onion and garlic for the toppings on the fish tacos,. I lost the footage of the pico we made so I am adding that in this description. DO you like fish tacos with lettuce or Cabbage, I love it with Cabbage
