Oh thank you so very much for the kind words, Yes sir we dont have stewards here, however, One year many years ago, My dad and I hauled a Skeeter bass boat with us to Colorado to fish some of the lakes in the heat of the summer, which at elevation meant we fished in cooler weather. They checked the boats there at the boat ramp, both launching and made sure you had drain plugs pulled before you left the ramp to put the water from live wells or any in the boat back into the lake. I love this side of the lake. I was reading the map last night after we got done with diner and seen on the map, the Island kinda south east of ally creek to the Southeast, I am bad with names, but it does have a name, I see it shows a good area around the whole west side of the island is suppose to be good to excellent catfishing as well as sand bass. I have not caught a sand bass in a long time. I am debating heading over there soon with the kayak and see if its worth the trip in the boat from Alley Creek and or just use a different spot to launch, looks like is 2.5 to 3 miles Southeast and or 1.5 miles north of the brushy creek boat ramp.? Be fun to explore that either way. I have fished all around brushy creek the first year I was here out of the kayak, but my original kayak was paddle only, so I never ventured to the island, just in case there was a switch in the weather or what not. Anytime my friend. The sayers is basically a scent free type of permethrin (sp?) it works. I have been in a tree stand watching a tick crawl across. Y hunting pants roll over dead. It’s good for up to 6 washes. And no sir. I’m not sponsored by them. They don’t even know me. I am just a believer in it. My dad got limes desease as well as Rocky mounted spotted feaver while we was hunting over several years. So I did a lot of research and this was my solution. It killing ants and fleas and mosquitos was just a bonus.

I didn’t spray the floor since it’s like a pool liner. Didn’t figure it would do any good. I spray the doors windows and about a 1 foot up from the botany all the at around as welll as the electrical cord port on the back side for electric or propane lines or whatever a person may want to run through that hole. The water Level got up way higher than this when I took this video roughly a week ago. It should be back down to this level in this video if I was guess, I know they have been releasing water for a while and we didnt get those predicted rains, that past mon and tues, so my best guess this will be close to the same water level. Yes sir, it rose up more after I left, In fact, we went back Friday and it was up even more, so I didnt put the boat in, and we went back down below the dam to fish from the bak and had a good time there as well. The water levels around here are all very high. I dont know the numbers on the actual rain fall, but it has been a huge amount. Yes sir, Bodhi is gonna love the EVA foam. I have been taking two of those floor mat , similar to an entry mat, this is so much better and cleans up nicely after fishing as well, I just ran the vacuum over it and it sucked all the dirt and what not right up etc. I hope yall have a blessed week my freind Dale
