- 700g chicken drumsticks (about 6 drumsticks)
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 3g salt (0.5 tsp)
- 3g white pepper (0.5 tsp)
- 3g sugar (0.5 tsp)
- 10g ginger
- 20g soy sauce (1.2 tbsp)
BATTER
- 90g flour
- 2 eggs
- 120ml milk
BREADING
- 280g flour
- 90g corn starch
- 10g baking powder (2 tsp)
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 5g onion powder (1 tsp)
- 3g chili powder (0.5 tsp)
- Black pepper
