Ingredients
2 pcs - Chicken thigh fillet
Salt
Oil for searing
1/4 cup - Lemongrass
1 tbsp - Garlic
1 tbsp - Fish sauce
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Sugar
1/2 cup - Water
2 tbsp - Lemon juice
1 pc - Red chili
4 cups - Leftover rice
Oil
1 pc - Egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Spring onion
Garnish:
Lime wedges
Cucumber
