Wow...its amazing..i tried it today morning for breakfast it turned out pretty well...it was delicious....the spices worked out superbly in idli...i didn't have that dry mango powder so i didn't add that but still it was awesome...thank u so much for this recipe

Dear mam, whenever I watch your videos, I come to know about interesting variations in regular recipes.. this helps me to vast my cooking knowledge. generally, I add spices in oil before adding idlis. but next time, I will follow your instructions..and I am sure, the resulted recipe will be tastier. I'm a bachelor and I tried this recipe just now. The taste is good. However, my idli almost got powdered. I didn't use a nonstick kadhai. Is it necessary?

non stick pan is not necessary in this recipe however, it may happen if the batter is too grainy.

Try to use fork to mix masala and idli. Be careful. I use fork to add volume to boiled rice, poha and mix salads. Nothing breaks
