Tawa Masala Idli | Easy Snack Recipe | तवा मसाला इडली | Chetna Patel Recipes

Borosil Glass mixing Bowl :

Silicon Spatula:

Panasonic Mixer Grinder :

Tawa Masala Idli :
Ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
Batter :
Take bowl and add
1 Cup - Sooji
1 Cup - Curd
Whisk everything
1/4 Cup - Water
Whisk again n rest for 15 min
Keep Idli steamer in Flame for 15 min for Boil Water
Grease the Idli stand with Oil
In the batter
1/4 Cup - Water again
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp - Eno ( Blue )
Mix well and Put the Idli batter in Idli stand for steam
Steam Idli Properly for 12-13 minutes in medium high flame
Remove Idli and give little rest and cut into 4 piece and keep aside
Tadka :
Take a Pan
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 no - Onion Chopped
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
1 tbsp - Green Chillies Chopped
Sauté well
3 no - Tomato Chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Resham Patta Chilli Fine Paste
Mix Well
1 no - Green Capsicum Chopped
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Mix Well
1 tbsp - Sambhar Masala ( Everest )
1/2 tsp - Garam masala Powder
1/2 Cup - Water
Sauté well
Put Idli Cut
1 tbsp - Coriander Chopped
Mix Well and serve
Garnish :
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Lemon Juice
