Just installed one of these units and the water is great! They are a bit too loud though while in operation and the quality of the water connections could be better. I would be happier with better connections even if it made for a bit harder installation (which was easy, it just took time). The included connections are a bit finicky and are prone to leakage.

i don't know what country this video was made, but that plumbing in illegal anywhere in the USA. Plumbing code requires an airgap for a discharge to drain. Also, that is NOT the proper location for a drain saddle clamp.

Hello, I’m interested in this RO system, so how the drain should be installed? I’m not a plumber just a DIYer and live in the USA. Thanks

Hi, you can refer to the "Frizzlife PD400 installation" video on KZfaq for the good location to install the drain saddle. DIY is quite easy actually

Man that audio quality is so bad! Is there a way to install this without drilling a hole in the sink for the second faucet? I'm renting a condo and would have to cut through the marble counter to add this.

That's great if you have a metal sink. Is there a way to fit the tap (faucet) to a ceramic farm house style sink?

Hi I'm in the UK and fitting one of these but have hit a problem with the T valve as the connections are a different size and length (too short). Every thing else is fitted except for this bit

I just got mine delivered. the two filters are already installed and the blue tabs in the back where the tubes go into are missing. I feel like you'd was used product or something. However, all the accessories included looks new. I think I should return it?

My PD600 unit didn’t come with the leak stop. 1) Was it supposed to come with a leak stop? 2) Also, is the leak stop inlet/outlet openings supposed to be 3/8” since it sounds like it goes on the 3/8” tubing connecting the feed water valve and the PD600 unit?

How do you make the hole if you have a granite counter, and the faucet is the only thing sticking out of the granite counter, with the sink being flush with the granite counter?

Just get a diamond drill bit set. Watch a video also. It’s easy though, be patient and let the drill bit work.

How dummy proof is this R.O. system installation? It looks like someone could get the waste and filtered water crossed during installation, since lines are same color and size.

I would not want to alkalize my water actually,...can this be used without the last mineralizer filter part?
@VintClarkTCA-3 жыл бұрын
I was just curious as to Why not?
@frizzlifewater23483 жыл бұрын
You can simply twist off the TAM3 filter to get only reverse osmosis water without remineralization, and you can twist back to get good remineralized again.

Is it compulsory to use these two filters together that is the PD600 filter and the TAM3 filter or they can be used independently .
@frizzlifewater23483 жыл бұрын
they can be definitely used seperately, but we would suggest to connect the TAM3 after the reverse osmosis to get a good alkaline and remineralization result. The TAM3 filter is designed with auto shut off features , if you simply twist the TAM3 off, you will get RO water only through PD600.

@frizzlifewater23483 жыл бұрын
Hi, the PD600 with a built in integrated water board inside, no tubing connections , normally it won't leak at all. there's one or two cases has a valve leak because of wrong installation, but Frizzlife always has a great customer service and make sure to solve any problems that may occur. Will have a fast response if you email to support@frizzlife.com
