Word of warning: if you’re obsessed with getting your ex back and only work on yourself in the hope of rekindling things, it’ll all blow up in ur face sooner or later. You might work on yourself for a bit, and hypothetically speaking she does come back and sees you in a “different light” it’s all just a front. You only changed because of her. In conclusion you’re still the same old person. Real change comes from within. Real changed is when you realize you’re all you need and that you’re capable of so much more. I think that anyone with a inch of integrity and reason will understand after 5 min of watching any of your videos that this channel is not about pickups or manipulations. I’m going through no contact right now. But wanted to say that years ago I went no contact with another guy & it worked on him. He told me it drove him absolutely insane & that he checked my social media 500 times a day. He actually drove to my house because I had blocked his number to give me a piece of junk mail that was delivered to his house. I took it & shut the door lol then I noticed he wrote a letter on the back of the junk mail envelope saying he misses me so much & please talk to him. I thought about it for a day & texted him the next day a brief message. We got back together, it didn’t last though. In the no contact period I grew & my feelings were not the same for him again so I then dumped him. That was 6 years ago. We are casual friends now. I started to watch other self help videos. Like dressing better, make up for my age and inspirational videos. TD Jakes, Les Brown, Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins. These videos inspired me to be my best self. Wealth, health and relationships. It is about me in the end. I must do it for myself. I also believe that anxious attachment style doesn’t really exist. If existed it’s base on curiosity creates by an avoidant attachment person. Based on a relationship with an avoidant you become anxious and it’s not abnormal to be anxious. Please coach comment on that. Thanks!

Hi guys I really want to share my story with you: My ex broke up with me 2 weeks ago after a small fight we had, I didn't say anything at the moment and accepted it. 1 day later I sent her a text asking if she was ok and she sent me a huge wall of text on how our relationship was over and I there's nothing to discuss about it. And again, I said: "That's fine I respect your decision, sorry If I caused any trouble" and went full no contact. As she had stuff in my house and vice versa she texted me a couple times during the week and I kept being cold, distant and emotionally strong. I tried keeping my messages as short as I could, answering only from 3 to 3 hours and keep myself busy everytime. I knew she still had feelings for me and she was having a hard time as well, so as the days were passing, she started showing more emotions, sharing her personal life with me and trying to make things good between us. When the day of meeting her finally arrived, I met her to give her stuff and acted like nothing happened, we spent 3 or 4 hours just talking random subjects, having a laugh and flirting with each other and I never mentioned my intentions of wanting to get back together with her. That night I went home and didn't text her. Next day I woke up with her texting me saying she needed to talk with me in person and she was really into that idea; I said "ok, whenever you want we can have a chat" and that day was today, a couple hours ago. She met me in my house and we talked a lot, she said she noticed more negative aspects in our relationship and enforced the fact there would be nothing between us anymore. And I respected that. Now I'm sitting here writing this comment and I just had sex with her, she seemed really happy and I guess we rebuilt some attraction here. So my conclusion is: This videos from Coach Craig are amazing! Don't acted impatiently and don't overthink, take your time, act cool and I believe everything will be sorted. Don't chase!! The worst thing someone can do when someone breaks up is not giving him/her the space they need... I will still try to get back with her and i'll try to be patient, if it doesn't work at least I won a good friend! So keep it cool guys and good luck :)

I am getting to the Point of I am feeling that I am starting to Lose Feelings for this particular Ex. But when I Begin to pull away then my Ex is Calling my or Skyping me and Flirting with me. It is just a Dumb Game. I admit I Do Need to Change some things. And it will take time. But both People should Work on Improving themselves!! I went for Example to a Counselor around "10" Years for Example. But my Ex says I should get into some Counseling. But Refuses to Understand that I did go to about "10" Different Counselors in my Lifetime. Willingly I sought Counseling. I took Many Classes at a College University when I was Younger and Graduated. But my Ex Feels Superior and Acts Superiot to Me. Other times my Exi is Very Sweet and " Vulnerable" like when We "1st" Met!! And this Vulnerability is Very Attractive. But once I get Close were Close for maybe a Month then my Ex's Walls Go up when I Start Really Caring. Maybe I show the Needy side and my " Vulnetable" side again. Then my Ex back to Nit Picking on Me All over Again and my Ex YELLS YELLS and says Very CRUEL Abusive things. I am Beginning to See even if my Ex is " Physically: Very Attractive to Me. I deserve to be and Everyone Deserves to have a Partner and Friend Really Respect and " Love " them. I do Not mind hearing what I Need to Change to Improve Myself and my Home. But my Ex can make me Accountable talking in a " Normal" Kind but Firm Tone. My Ex says that my Ex realizes that my Ex is setting Off my Abandonment Issues. My Mother is Dying now and I Need Compassion now. And my Ex is YELLING at me time and time again.My Good Friends on the other hand who are " Christian" treat Me with Kindness and Respect and Love and Dignity. What about if he's happy with this woman because she offers him more 'fun' and more social events? He cheated on me with her and actually moved 60 miles away, bought a house, so he could be with her. Yet, he says he won't marry her yet ..he's 74 yrs old and he divorced me after 9 yrs. of marriage. I still can't get over him....

Coach.. I know I handled the break up horribly, but I feel like if she's judging me entirely on those 2 weeks (plus 2 drunken texts a month and half later) DURING A REALLY ROUGH TIME IN MY LIFE, then she never cared about me at all.. If she's been snooping my social media out of curiosity these past few months, she would then see that I've been trying lots of new things, posting positive motivational quotes acknowledging my past weaknesses, got myself my own apartment (a huge step in the right direction for me), and yet here I am, 7 months later, and she still hasn't even said "hey, how have you been?" or given me the slightest of signs that any of that passion was real at all.. I will never quit on myself, or trying to progress in my life mentally, physically, and spiritually, but I have to say that it's quite discouraging to not hear from her after a HARD 7 months of NC.

Question, what's your best tip in making an ex miss you if you're stuck in the same house?

I would really appreciate it if you could post a video about this: partner A usually has the right to ask questions regarding the shady behavior of partner B (e.g., "Who's calling you at this hour?"; "What are you working on at the computer so late?"). Granted, partner B has the right to not answer them. But, if partner B has a very low tolerance for perceived controlling behavior, he will probably act annoyed (or even aggressive) and try to evade the question, or just give a dismissive answer (e.g., "Why are you so interested?"; "I'm working on something"). What happens is, partner B seems shady even when there's nothing shady going on, just because he refuses to give in to the perceived control attempt. (1) How can partner A tell if it's a shady answer, or if you've crossed partner B's boundary with feeling controlled? (2) How can partner A ask these questions and not trigger partner B's issues? Or does partner A need to settle for never being able to ask?

Yo I love and appreciate all of the videos, especially the ones that make me cringe because it exposed all of the things I did wrong, but I really want to hear some success stories of ppl getting back who really messed up and made all of the post break up mistakes

People need to realise that you need to love yourself before anyone else can, including your ex. Breakups hurt but you have to deal with the pain. Stop bitching like your ex is the only person that's made you happy or can ever make you happy. Embrace being single until you have heeled. Exes do come back especially if there was a deep love and passion ect but they're not going to come back to some needy person with low self esteem. It takes time to get over a breakup.

Yes he said that 'this is the last call m doing, understand that & it can't work more, don't text me & blocked' I can't talk. I texted him for 3 days then I left him alone. Today it's 7days complete I'm not going to reach him. He is heartless and careless. I'hv done alot to be with him. I'm upset & he's bzy. Redicious. I loved him.

So what does one do when your ex breaks up with you and then you graciously accept their decision and plan to leave them alone but then THEY won’t leave you alone!!? My ex wants to maintain this pseudo connection with me and perhaps he’s too embarrassed now to tell me he was either wrong OR he was using the breakup to turn the tables so he felt more in control and was expecting me to chase after him and object but then it all backfired and now he doesn’t know what to do! He’s still calling me babe and checking in at his usual times through out the day has tried to video call me a couple times but I won’t answer. He hasn’t placed me in a friend zone either but it’s a very ambiguous place to be. I also think he’s realizing now that he doesn’t want to loose me or my son who he also loves very much. But I’m not going to rescue him out of this and feel there needs to be consequences otherwise he’ll never deal with things in a straightforward manner with me and this is a deal breaker big time since I very much deal with things in a very upfront and direct manner. My mom left me and my brother when we were young, she came back into my life when I was in middle school. My first love and I broke up and it broke me. I always knew it had something to do with my mom. The first person who has ever given me everything just abandon me and it felt like my childhood all over again. Now since we have been broken up it has brought me and my mom closer together

Met a guy on Tinder, dated exclusively after the first date for 3 weeks. Shared almost every interest in common, values, personal life goals, great intimacy... he broke up with me saying he didn't develop feelings to make him wants more of the relationship...but nothing was bad. Even though i told it is premature since those feelings takes time, he told me that he rather breaking up now then waiting further in the relationship and find out he still doesn't have those feelings. Should i just let it go, even though i like this guy and i am convinced that it could work ?

I hope this works... ex of a year and eight months broke up a second time. First time is because I didn’t trust her enough because she had a guy best friend and then then the guy messaged me and said there was nothing between them and said he’d leave her alone and he did. Me and her then worked things out and got back together after a week or two of separation. Dated for about 2 and a half months and towards the end she seemed like she was losing interest in me, Ik for a fact it’s something I did or maybe ways I was acting but I can’t put my finger on what it could be. After we broke up I begged to fix things but she said there was nothing to fix and we can’t get back together and it’s better for us like this. That really hurt because we were together for a while (my longest relationship yet) and we met each other’s family’s and ALWAYS talked about the future together. Hopefully this works... if not then it’s gonna suck, but there’s nothing I can do but keep focusing on myself and bettering myself.

I talked to a girl for 4 months and we went to holiday and had an amazing time togheter, when we came home I asked her out 2 weeks later she said she was busy with work that week, I said ok let me know when you are free, days are going and we talked casually but my gut had another feeling.. so I asked her out again 2 weeks later and she said she had a lot of work bla bla bla, then I asked her the question because I was tired of her immature games and behaviors.. I said how do you feel do you want to continue see me, she said I dont know im not ready yet to begin something right now, my answer was Ok then I now.. I was angry, hurt.. I went no contact, 3 days later was my 30 year birthday, she saw my snaps from my birthday but didnt say something, and 3 weeks later she deleted me from snapchat, our only socialmedia we got eachother in.. that did hurt because I didnt deserve that kind of threatment, it was so immature, didnt know if she did it to punish me, or maybe to make me contact her and give som attention.. but im still in no contact and her actions only shows her bad intents.. doesnt look good, trying to move on but this is still on my mind but trying to move on...

My question is if everything seemed to be going great but he began communicating less and then stood me up/ ghosted, if he does contact and want me back, do I bring up this rather cowardly way to handle a breakup or just be happy he rekindled and move on? This is very good. I just got out of a break up, and I am doing so good by not contacting him at all. I am so proud of myself. It is so tempting. I am scared, I am worried that I am dreaming, or that he is not suitable. But, I saw a lot of good things in him, his behaviours were sometimes not supporting his words, and he told me when we broke up ,that I am more of a man than him ,I always do what I say I am going to do, and he is not that way, and that his feelings are not the same for me as my feelings are for him. We have had a lot of ups and downs the past two years, but our bond is so strong....he use to tell me that. I am confused as to what was true and what was not....this cant be all fake can it???? Am I chasing a lost dream?

Im going through a break up right now. We just started the no contact. We have tremendous amount of love for each other but we both understand that this time is crucial for the both of us. However we never eluded to getting back together although I think there is a shred of hope. I’ve started therapy and have accepted the break up and we may never get back together. I’m a bit older than her and I’ve been through a lot more relationships. I’ve done some pretty dumb things after a break up that ruined my chances and I’ve also initiated no contact after a break up and has chances to reconcile only to realize I didn’t want to. This time around before committing to the start of the no contact I sent her an email owning up to my mistakes and providing some insight into my short comings as well as my commitment to being a better person. It doesn’t make the no contact easier since we all have to experience the grief in order to grow and change. I know she is having a hard time as well even though she doesn’t express it (I know her so well). These videos help find solace when I’m having some anxiety.

It is a very complicated thing. If you are a narcsist ornever did care its easy , no skin off........But if you are a loyal old fashioned sentimental type you will probably always be affected. You can have room to love another though.

what;s sad is every return of ex also means they broke up with someone else. and makes me wonder what if i was the someone else ? "rebound" it was only a 6month relation but she showed she was invested in as much as i was (too much) and then left one day.

Okay She broke up with me... It hurts like hell.... But I also sorta did a mistake .... I went into No contact the very next day... And on the first two three days after breakup, I used some harsh quotes as my status .. like "Cry only for cuts and stitches and not for bastards and bitches" ... But few days later I came to know (indirectly) that She got hurt like hell from my quotes ...it's been like a month after the breakup... I see her everyday (workplace) but I don't talk to her .....
