It looks like it would be more complicated than a G11 but it’s really simple.

I love mine. And I had no idea they no longer made them. Which means I've got myself a collector's item. But anyhow this carbine is fun to shoot and is accurate as hell.

Using the F2000's meethod of ejection would be great to make it ambi but they would have to shorten the ejection tube to the point where it ejects the casings right above the trigger guard area. Slimming it down's a good idea too and they should also make sure that the LOP isn't too long.

Got one of these. Absolutely fantastic gun fun as hell to shoot very accurate. Great truck gun since the first 5 empty shells stay in the gun you dont get brass everywhere and after that they fall out the nose by the muzzle. Wish fn would do another run I would buy a second one

I want this to be my first rifle. I'm a Texan and I don't own my own gun yet. I've been to the range and handled AK's and AR's as well as a Colt 1911 but I don't want spend a dime till I get a fs2000. If I could just have a fs2000 that'd be all I need.

Such a cool gun. I’ve always wondered how you could clear a stoppage if you had one.
@isaace80904 жыл бұрын
I've never had a stoppage, but first thing is open the toilet seat and check to see if you can clear it with your fingers. If it's really bad, push the cross bolt pin and remove the receiver. Clear the jam and push it back together. It would be slower than a regular patterned rifle.
@POMPANOJOE4 жыл бұрын
The only issues I've ever had with mine are when I let others shoot it. They get that "I don't want to break it" mindset and don't fully seat the magazine which will cause a failure to feed and sometimes can push a round to the side of the chamber. Take the magazine out and the rounds usually fall free if you cycle it, worst I've had to do was poke one out from the top, but never had to take down the rifle to clear a jam. 100% of jams in mine have been magazines not fully locked, which is easy to do if you are not familiar with it. The mag well seal is pretty strong and will hold a magazine in place by itself. If there is a dud round you just cycle the charging handle, unfired rounds eject the same way.

Its on its way to command seriously high prices as their rarity will increase as well. At least in airsoft they're still being produced by Cybergun.
@Don_Neto_Jr.3 жыл бұрын
I just held one of these at my local gun shop. It was definitely used and In great shape. I was suprised how ergonomic it is. I can't blame the lady trying to sell this to me really hard! They have layaway and she told me at least six times in the 25 minutes I was in there lol!. However, I was stunned it had a $1999.00 price tag for a used one! I liked it a lot, but not that much for an older used rifle. Maybe if I won playing some #'s I'll get it 😁
@norikotakaya142922 жыл бұрын
Considering that these rifles are rare to begin with on the civilian market and that FNH isn't making them any longer, I'd say $1999 was a bargain if it was mint. The price is only going to go up as time goes by.
