A 13A question for your guest, Alex: If someone received their provisional 1-year 13A visa in 2023, does that person need to submit an annual report before the end of February in 2024, or is annual reporting ONLY applicable to PERMANENT 13A visa holders?

Answer from JRC: Since you're already a 13A Visa holder you are obliged to pay the annual report yearly.

I found a specific reference online on the B.I.'s web site that clearly indicated that SEC 13A PROBATIONARY or SEC 13A permanent visa--it doesn't matter, the annual report requirement applies to both. Thanks for your response, too!
