THE SENSOR IS ONLY ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. HAHA. wish I would have started with that side. Great video though. I've done lots of brakes but and I was freaked out about the sensor til I watched your video. Saved me tons of money

actually i seriously doubt that breaker bar made it tight enough by how much force he used. T30 5nm 21mm 196nm 13mm 30 nm. Great video though , very well explained. much easier on non rust belt car. be aware if you are on jack stands getting the caliper bracket off might be a nightmare. only sensor on drivers side.

Good video to skim through before doing this. A regular 1/2 ratchet will suffice though. A breaker bar is overkill. No fun for the next guy.

So, you’re working on a German car, and you are using a 15/16 socket? Try a 21mm, the proper tool. Also, go buy a torque wrench so the next time someone has to do another brake job, they won’t round off the head of the bolts that you overtightened with a breaker bar. I hope you didn’t get paid for this job.

chill out dude... no need to be a dick. those caliper carrier bolts better be damn tight and you can allmost bet he didn't make them tight enough.. adding more information to make it better is always preferred over being a dick.

You are right. I could have used a better choice of wording for this. Sorry to offend. However, I do stand by proper torque for every critical fastener. One of the main reasons bolts shear off is due to improper torque, especially on parts that get extremely hot, such as brake calipers. @@oilcoolman
