If life gives you a lemon, make lemonade.
If life gives you hawthorn, Indian gooseberry, taro, and salted egg yolk, make frosted hawthorn, frosted Indian gooseberry, frosted taro, and frosted salted egg yolk. Or take your pick.
How to make the perfect icing:
Crystal sugar: water 1:1
Keep stirring over high heat until it melts.
Then switch over to low heat until it bubbles up.
Turn off the heat and add some vinegar.
Let it sit for 3 min. (Put it on a damp cloth to help cool off.)
