I know that this is well after this was posted, but I like having the weather on the day of a funeral. It is part of my picturing the family gathering at the graveside and reflecting on the emotions they were going through. Was it pouring down rain, or freezing and snowing? A hot and humid summer day, a bright spring day or a crisp fall day with the leaves on the trees shining in their beauty? I think it helps me know them a little better by knowing what they experienced.

As a woman who has birthed before, having to do that in 100 degree weather with no air conditioning... yikkkkkes!

Historical weather adds to the family story. It would have genealogical impact if the weather is the reason family move to another locations. Examples tornados, drought, sand storms, etc. What about the summer that wasn't in 1816. Maybe even wjen Boston Harbor froze over in 1855.

Thanks for all your KZfaqs, I always learn something from each one. I have also enjoyed the quick daily videos on Family Tree Maker, even though I haven't received my new version of it yet. Anyway you asked what we would like to see. I would like you to cover how to edit the Ancestry DNA Matches list in regard to the color coding. Your video on using the color for different family groups was very helpful. But now I think I would like to change the colors that I have assigned to different groups and I foresee a lot of confusion unless i can do it group by group. Do you have any suggestions or experience with that. I would like to coordinate these color groups with my different family lines colors on the tree AND with the colors used in Family Tree Maker. But I am afraid that if I start changing the various colors I will create a lot of errores in the various kinds of color coding. If you have any insight I would be happy to see it. Thanks. Jane
