We were just testing the machines before shipment, not in formal production, no one gonna eat the bobas in this video.

Yes it is recirculated, but still need to replace fresh sodium alginate every day

can I ask what is your solution to pasteurize the package? Our company have the problem that the bubbles got clot into lumps during package pasteurization step due to the impact of temperature on the conveyor belt

This is not is pasteurization process, which would kill any bacteria introduced by dirty hands, sneezes or poor hygiene of the production line workers. The process is called spherification and it's done with sodium alginate and calcium chloride. And the lack of hygienic covering and gloves with the workers is problematic. Plus the fact that they're letting her put her hands into the production line and then put product back into the line to be packaged and sold.
