I understand what you mean by being an empath. I am ultra-high sensitive, so when I listen to the sound bath through vibration in my body, not my ear.t My deep core soul vibration can hear it through feeling the energy tone. I am Deaf.

I'm going through one right now as well. :) Remember, spiritual awakenings are just a learning experience and not a curse. Thinking of it as a lesson has helped me remember that it's not a bad thing and I'll end up gaining more than I'm losing.

Lay in your bed, really listen. You will notice your intire body. Listen to what it informs you. Really listen and you will notice what your body feels. After a while trust your bodys movement. Notice how you move whilst lying there in your bed. It will inform you of you thoughts. Listen to what your thoughts do to your body. Notice them and let your body change your thoughts in the way your body wants to move. Concentrate on your inner core. Notice wether you are getting enough oxygen to them. If not, why not, learn to breathe properly. Push the oxygen to them. Feel them move. Feel the pockets of emptiness with lifes gifts. Start moving the centre of your body slowly at first. Notice its rhythm or not. Notice whether your in sync or not, if not why not? Where is the knot. Can you untie, pop, crack or wriggle it into or out of place. Just notice your body. Start with that for now. Ps. this is me ³

I played this so I can meditate while my 6 month old daughter plays . I couldn’t get her to take a nap so I figured I’d play it on speaker . My eyes were closed and I was in deep meditation I saw the color green I knew arch angel Raphael was with me . My husband calls me on my phone disrupting the video and when I opened my eyes as I was in deep meditation I came to realize that this sound bath had put my baby to sleep . She was sleep so soundly . I dont understand sound therapy, i dont even believe in it but I find myself listening to it daily. My mind is so cluttered and i cant stop thinking about everything, i have anxiety, im always nervous.. but when i listen to this it helps redirect my mind to the sound.. and then i fall asleep fast. I think my mind is exhausted and this helps my brain shut down..

These past few days had been nothing but eye-opening…went to a drum circle and experienced all the four elements (air, fire, and earth once than water twice) with a new friend I met. It was just nothing short of cathartic. Now whenever I’m meditating and chanting a mantra, I feel so much at peace knowing that the Universe is loving and supportive. During the root segment I started thinking of when I diminished myself for someone else. People saw light in me and would tell him things like I was out of his league and he’d sulk and I’d diminish and uplift him. This then turned into him diminishing and lowering me for years. Leaving me at my lowest with a partial disability and homeless with my daughter. Eventually as I got healthier enrolled in college and no longer was considered disabled and overweight I started this journey. It’s hard and one moment you think wow! The next you’re like who the bleep am I lol. Anyway I needed this thank you. It opened some things I still needed to release.
