In two short weeks I'm competing in the 45 and older Masters NPC bikini competition in Las Vegas!
Here's my full day of eating close to the competition. The goal is maintenance and not losing muscle.
Full day total: 1380 calories, 151 g protein, 124 g carbs, 32 g fat
Breakfast:
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 large egg
1/3 cup oats
50 g blueberries
25 g strawberries
1 rice cake
346 calories, 33 g protein, 33 g carbs, 7 g fat
Lunch:
6 ounces ground turkey
1/2 cup white rice
2 cups broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoons Cheddar cheese sauce mix

463 calories, 45 g protein, 48 g carbs, 13 g fat
Snack:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cp frozen raspberries
279 calories, 39 g protein, 22 g carbs, 3 g fat
Dinner:
5 ounces (raw) chicken breasts 4 oz cooked
150 g cucumber
100 g sweet potato
294 calories, 34 g protein, 20 g carbs, 8 g fat

Best of luck in the Bikini Competition! I eat similar to this but need to cut down on more fat and night snacking. This is encouraging. Thanks for sharing!

I love watching these videos, they are super helpful! I do notice you eat alot of scrambled egg whites. I struggle to eat egg whites it makes me gag. Any tips to make it taste better?

Thanks for watching the videos! I definitely get stuck in a rut with the egg whites. Do you still not like them when you add a whole egg and cheese, like an omelette? Have you ever tried egg white oatmeal, or even egg white pancakes (1/3 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, and 1/3 cup oatmeal blended in a blender). Those are SOOO yummy! And you can get your egg whites, without scrambling them on a skillet.

We have tried the egg white oatmeal but only use 2 tbs I sneak it in and it doesnt taste like egg whites snd it makes the oatmeal more creamy… he hasnt noticed yet!

Amy what is a good time to eat 4 meals a day . One protein snack included . I am up 16.5 hours a day. I struggle work 3 am rise and early bed for eating schedule.

That's a tough schedule!! I am up for at least 4-5 hours before I have my first meal because I get up at 4. I eat at 9:00, noon, 3:00 and 5:00.
