Yes man! Love the content - keep it coming! Big love and support from the Uk. I use the 150g smashed avo pods... just keep it in the fridge man! They are expensive here so cant waste any! Sometimes the edge goes a bit brown but totally edible still! Good luck on the debut - i'll be hoping for a win or at least top3 💪💪💪👌👌👌🙏

I love these videos Justin, I just realized how bland my food is but it serves a purpose. I usually do Frank's Red Hot with everything. Matt doesn't have you eat chicken or you have too much of it like tilapia? The shrimp is a great idea btw!

This is great! Thanks for sharing what you eat. It’s always interesting to see you guys eating things like shrimp. Dorian Haywood is the only other bodybuilder I’ve seen eat non-traditional bodybuilding foods like shrimp in prep.

Chicken is another one I did too much of over the off season so I’ve been limiting it. I still have it in just not on this day. The ground Turkey and chicken are interchangeable on this plan.

First time I've seen a pro go low carb. And even low carb AND low fat. This makes more sense to me than guys dieting with carbs in every meal. That always confused me how they could get that to work and get shredded but genetics do play a role.

I never realized that shrimp was a good substitute for actual fish. I always thought shellfish wasn't as good for you. It's good to know because I love shrimp but was never a big fan of regular fish.
