For all the people talking about he's insecure -- he doesn't have "insecurities" that's a cop out. What he is is a manipulator suffering from narcissistic personality disorder. I've been with someone who, after repeatedly accusing me of cheating, actually CREATED a situation to make it look like I was. Sick. I hope she runs as far and as fast away from him as possible.

I can feel the pain in the beautiful lady. My ex-husband did the same suit to me that this man did to her. Before I met my ex...I was a strong woman with my head held high on my shoulders. I was a strong single mother who had never asked anyone for help. Then came along my ex who had a ugly fall out with his ex wife who cheated on him. Him and I dated for 2 years before we gotten married. Right when we gotten married that's when everything changed. He isolated me from my family, accused me on cheating on him...he timed me on everywhere I go. He timed me from the time I go to work and clock out of work...one minute late from clocking out he says I'm cheating on him...then from accusing from cheating he started beating me up on a regular basis. I lost so much weight in just one year. I was exactly 200 lbs...and went down to 125 in a 6 months period from Mentally, verbally, emotionally, and physically abuse by the man who I thought loved me. I put up with his abuse for 6 years til the day my daughter and my life was threaten...he put a knife to my throat and told my daughter that once he slit my throat for her to call 911 before I die bleeding to death...luckily 10 minutes before that my daughter had called my brother who came and broke our door down cause he had locked all of us in my bedroom. My brother broke our bedroom door down and talked to him and said...you put that knife down...but he wouldn't...I told my brother to take care of my daughter if anything is to happened...my dad called the cops and the cops came...he had the blade so close to my neck that I can feel it digging into my skin...he told the cops and my brother that if he can't have me no one can...he wanted me scared so that I can never find a man ever again...the cops bargain with him and he finally put the knife down. He is in jail...it's been 3 years and I am still finding ways to recover from that trauma...he had broken me so much that I have trust issues, I get really jumpy...I'm always looking over my shoulders...I don't like people sneaking up on me and I always sleep with my lights on...before the cops handcuffs him.. he says I better watch my back cause I'm the reason why he is getting arrested...I don't got out to places unless my brother is with me. I am terrify going to the movies cause it in a dark exclusive room. I have have panic attacks everything someone says the seen him or someone who looks like him...my family always talks about getting me a trained dog to help me over come my trauma...I thought about it but it will be too expensive...

So very sad. If this lady had been Mother Teresa her husband STILL would have found fault with her. He saw her through a cracked and distorted lens, and there was nothing she could do to convince him that she was sincere in her love. I hate to say this, but I think the black church" is a part of the problem. They keep stressing marriage and "togetherness", no matter what the emotional and psychic costs to those involved. Better to be alone and sane while you get to know yourself than hopping into the "anointed" gift-from-God relationships that are almost always destined to fail. Unrealistic expectations compounded by pressure to conform to what the church and society says is "normal" has created a lot of unhappiness and bitterness.
