How did you get your jumpshot to look so clean? I feel like I sometimes would bend my wrist or forearm weird whenever I snap my elbow to shoot

Great video man. Thank you! I picked up a lot of good material for my training. Looks like the video got cut off at 12:57 though.

This is a great video definitely going to add to my workout. One thing I noticed is in games I struggle off the dribble. Like i tend to just be clueless with the ball and end up passing to a teammate. Is there a workout I should be doing to get a more in game experience while training alone?

tbh the best "training" for your situation would be just playing pickup as much as you can. and not just against friends, go to other parks and gyms and challenge them

so if I do this for 2 months or for a week I will improve ??
@cordova25932 ай бұрын
12:10 only thing I would recommend is that you need to make sure you either fake a pass, or have a pickup variation to get past the imaginary help defense. The amount of times people get easy ball steals from the lack of protection against help defense is criminal

The speed should be the same as in the game it's too slow, not working....
@BehindTheHypeAthletics2 ай бұрын
You dont go full speed in a game all the time. You have to learn how to change speeds and pace. I can tell you have never played in high level basketball games.
