This is an upload of the full podcast that I did with Brad Lea in Vegas back in December. I found it very interesting to talk with him and I had a great time during this conversation. I think one of the things we can take away from this conversation is that you had two men from two different sides of a particular issue that were respectfully looking at it from both sides, knowing that neither side was wrong, and each man as an individual approached his side of the issue, based on who he was, and where he was going. On the important issues, we agreed. We need more conversations between people today done like this.
Big “Thank you" to Brad and his crew for their hospitality. The link to their page and the video is below.

It's people like Brad that young people need to watch out for, wanting to milk as much money as possible for their own gain while claiming to want to help people. DeWayne clearly made Brad uncomfortable with himself and I sensed a bit of rudeness when talking about the school business. Thank you so much DeWayne, for standing up for us.

As someone who went to dry creek wrangler school (hey Mr.Noel it’s Peyton) Dewayne isn’t in this for the money. He told us “you guys came to this school because it’s Dewayne” he asked “would you have come if it was someone else teaching the school?” And we all said “well no probably not” he said “exactly” he is happy where he is at. And teaching young men like the boys I was there with is what he loves to do. If Dewayne did what this guy said to do none of us would have been able to go to the school and the guys that I met there all of us have become wranglers and cowboys. Dewayne and I had meaningful conversations that shaped my life. In one of his videos “build the resources then build the life “ he mentions the conversation we had at the cowboy bar in Wyarno, he told me “try everything and in that you’ll find out what you don’t like but you’ll find out what you would do for free if given the chance”

Very interesting podcast! Thank you for posting it. I can see why you thoroughly enjoyed it, Dewayne. The $1,600 vs $16,000 price made me smile: The choice is between between spending a week with five very grateful, down-to-earth learners or a week with five hotshots who think they own you. The meek shall inherit the earth. We love you for staying rock solid in your values!

Listening to this entire podcast reaffirmed these things for me: 1) Dewayne is completely authentic regardless of who interviews him 2) Dewayne is a welcoming soul 3) Dewayne may not have been patient in his previous life, but he showed vast amounts of patience with the interviewer 4) Dewayne proved himself again to be one of the most intelligent and well spoken men on the Internet and 5) I can’t wait to hear more from DEWAYNE and read his book. If I had not listened to so many of Dewayne’s talks, I would have lost patience with Brad and not listened or said something mean. However, I’ve learned to just chill and be an educated person about different points of views and take from those views whatever lessons I can. The lesson I learned was that Brad was smart to interview this sage man. I hope some of the people from Brad’s channel will enjoy listening to some real grounded wisdom and great horse related information (much of it applicable to daily life}. I understand how one can think of that scripture reference. But can Brad not be viewed in a different way? Money is also a measurement of success. Could it not be that Brad views making lots of money as equivalent to success in his point of view? Just a thought as this is how I was interpreting his argumentation Brad sees success one way and Dwayne sees success another way. Both men can be learned from This interview was very good at showing other men how to defend one’s position against another person’s convincing argumentations. I saw another example of business scalability from Brad and “standing on business” from Dwayne on this one

I was also impressed that you stuck with your morals in the discussion about charging more if people wanted to learn with you. I believe what Jesus said in Mark 12:34 is applicable here. “And when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”” Brad has been asking people this question on random podcasts and Dwayne knocked it out of the part along with a gospel presentation. I wish Dewayne would start another channel just to preach the word. He explains things so clearly. It would really help me keep on track. Its hard to keep faith these days.

I watched this podcast because of the follow-up Dewayne made after this. There are people in this worldly society that don’t understand the conscious of a biblical man, because they are blindfolded by the money. Brad Lea thoroughly understands his business circle, as Dewayne understands his. They are different. Brad Lea is thinking of saving people finanically, Dewayne is thinking of saving people’s souls. Congrats to the success of both men. Just some of us believe that success is not based on how much money is at our disposal.

This is the first podcast I've watched. I loved the conversation, especially about God. I loved your explanation about his questions. Being a Christian means your name is in the book of life. God knows my name! Keep up the great content Sir.

I enjoyed the entire podcast. I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent with Brad throughout the day, and this was a very interesting conversation. I did not go into this podcast, thinking that I would be talking to someone that would be exactly on the same page as I and everything that I do. I am not troubled or impatient with a conversation involving someone who sees things different. I was not troubled at all.

@@DryCreekWranglerSchool Fair enough, and to your credit. However, I don't think people would perceive your appearance on a podcast with a like-minded interviewer(s) as simply an affirmation-seeking exercise. You've earned the right not to be needlessly subjected to contrarian views in such a manner. You may say with some justification that simply 'preaching to the choir' as it were vis a vis your YT channel is inherently limiting the message, and that being challenged may actually help to 'sharpen the knife', but the case could also be made that your channel growth and its unique content attracts many more on its own merit verses that of a podcast with a provocative host. I think the latter may be a net loss. But you know what's best in the end. Having said that, please consider doing more guest appearances but with podcasters who enhance the message and not distract from it.

Man loved this podcast! That's as good a sermon as I've ever heard, thank you Dwayne for standing by what you believe. Appreciate Brad for saying what he believes and listening to Dwayne as well. We are all trying to figure this stuff out and we won't always agree but man what a great discussion. Honestly Dwayne's message pricked my heart and left me much to consider.

In my opinion Brad was very respectful and kind to Dewayne. He was just a part of the conversation and didn’t just said yes to everything that Dewayne said. And that’s what it is about in a conversation. EVERYBODE can learn from other people, and they just described their point of view to different topics. It was a very good podcast, thank you.

I Love the fact that you preach faith alone in Christ alone. Turning from our sins have NOTHING to do with us being saved Jesus said ”it is finished” on the cross. All we have to do to be saved is to believe on Jesus.

Good conversation and I love how you answered the questions. Very humbling to listen to you speak. You and Brad are different people with different views and I love how it is ok as long as both parties stay open-minded and respectful. One thing I was thinking though. No matter that they call Him Jesus or Yoshua, we know who we're talking about and what He did for us on that cross. A rose is still sweet, even if it goes by any other name. Something like that. 😅 I also understood the part where you like to live a simple lifestyle and not complicate things by expanding your business. You're happy and in peace and your system is working for you. God bless sir. 🌻

With love and uttmost respect, as you grow a larger audience you should also consider what people to collaborate with Other influencers realize your growth and (positive) influence on young people and WILL take advantage of that and cover it up as admiring you when theyre just after the money and Fame Dewayne, you are a wise and incredible man so this isnt supposed to come off aß a lecture Just a heads Up friend, people on the Internet can be just as ruthless as on TV and Hollywood, take care 🙏💪🔥

I wouldn’t assume Dewayne to be ignorant to what you’re pointing out. I’m sure hes aware of what you’re trying to say, and yet, still does it. Now if that’s possible, ask yourself why he might do that, and perhaps you’ll gain some insight or understand what I’m getting at. Respect to you, either way. Enjoy your weekend.

@@eastonclark i feel like the two of you come from his latest video where he openly adresses this subject. It is easy to be 100% certain in hindsight that he always was aware of the entire thing and possible dangers of reaching out with other influencers after he himself speaks about. In any case, as i state in my original comment, i did not doubt that! hes a wise and experienced man. But i stink it is still absolutely fair to speak up and give a respectful heads up to how people be on the Internet, Independent if lae is one of them or not. Maybe you should just as well ask yourself why his audience who love and respect him very much tried to protect him from wrong people I think all sides can learn some insight from each other here Respect and Love fellas 🙏🔥
