This seems more like a conservative conflation than reasoned advice. The dating process builds a catalogue of what you like and what you don't, through experiential learning. Without that perspective, you cannot determine with any wisdom if this is someone you want to be with. It is during the dating process that you evaluate the viability of that person for long term relationships. You cannot make a commitment from the outset. Of course maturity plays a part in all of this. We see a similar pattern with teenagers in the workforce, they aren't mature, or committed, but it's valuable experience. They shouldn't sit unemployed, just because they'll be better more mature workers later.

This is not a very well thought out argument you are making. Definitely not the opinion of anyone who has ever raised teenagers.

@@DryCreekWranglerSchoolUS census data just came out for 2023, the fertility rate was well below replacement- do you ever consider that there might be systemic factors inhibiting young people from forming long lasting relationships (and raising teenagers?)

Thank you for this take - i appreciate this so much. I have quite a few large regrets in my life - and although i think there's a balance, and there's a "process them and confront them, and don't let them govern you" - i think it's good to realize that yes, having regrets for poor decisions make you a sane, human, person with empathy. I guess the point is - make sure the regrets drive you to make better choices for the present, but don't wallow in them and let them kill your present.

I have honestly learned horses aren’t always having a good day just like humans. But horses can’t talk so if we don’t take time and learn the horse. We are different just like horses are different. My point is patience is the most important thing and learning to be gentle. Some people are very big about controlling the horse and they don’t learn to respect the horse that can think for itself.

This reaffirms my perspectives. Was having a conversation with someone who is no longer my friend not too long ago and he took the opposite stance. An arrogant, untrustworthy person indeed. I have many deep regrets that lead to change. We need regrets.

I love listening to these wise words and I take the wisdom being given, I do get a smile on my face if I hear something said that I already believe and follow, but while I smile it is important to not become arrogant and complacent as while I might be following the path, I have to always watch my footing and help others when and where possible.

Horse people are a different breed for sure. I have been around them and watched, even taken care of them. I don't care for those who have them and just feed and not pay attention to them like you do...but they can say I have a horse.

I've watched this video atleast 10 times at various points.. The words always help calm me down and refocus. Today I read some comments and I just want to say to everyone and MYSELF most importantly. Just keep going, get up and get it done, make a drastic change if you need it, and focus on yourself if you have to. At times selfishness is important, and acting for your interest is important. Don't worry about what people say if you truly believe it or need it. Goodluck to everyone.

Thanks again. And this proves even after being warned by mama not to but you did it anyways that Dwayne You Honestly care. And this post is right on point on what the politicians and false preachers are doing is by bending the context of a subject to project there narrative and bent perspective on issues not to support the people whats right or gods word but to only support themselves in A selfish manner.Confusion is everywhere and I can see in your eyes that your words do not come from a place that you just read but on the portion of the path you have already walked. To live it and take responsibility in places you could have done better to be honest with your self so you may be Honest to those who come to you for advise is a treasure not given but thru your struggles within Totally earned.Much respect and Thank You to the teachers and couple that grace Dry Creek Wrangler school a light shines from you having traversed the dark places in your past.God Bless.

Forgiveness is a favor granted in a moment of time. Confidence is something earned. Once Confidence has been destroyed, it is very difficult if possible to regain. That said, it dose not dismiss the obligation of repayment or restitution of the meterial damage which is still the obligation of the wrong doers unless that also is pardoned

Hi DeWayne: Northeast Liberal (moderate, really), agnostic here - cigar lover, too. Love, your videos. You probably don't want to hear this, but you should run for office. You appear to have the moral fiber and level headedness, and COMMON SENSE that Washington can use. Just a thought. If you decide to run, I'll donate. Cheers!

Do not forgive everyone without the wrong doing being recognized by the person otherwise we are enabling that type of behavior. And furthermore allowing to be abused and exploited. Man I have looked into the bible for such a explanation but Dewayne again made it so clear. Thank You I have always concerned myself with a Eye for a Eye statement but am very aware that that never solves the issue for it leaves the people blind Thank You so much For your wisdom.

Ive been raised in an macho envoirement/culture and I agree up to an certain point. Ive been on that road as more than I ever wanned it to be, tools, knifes and gun but I also belive in luck and in God. I thank God. Never to underestimate fools creaps oddballs cause them people got them some strange natural gifts and full support from our goverments. So I am a given looser here and to say that them laws will not matter to me, hmm.. they will and as hard as it is possible to make it work and then jail them goonies wanting a peace of lean ass well knock one off and as thinking yes.. -no WRONG again! This is the worst scenario of them all as being in jail a good guy with no strings to pull and all alone. Instead of knuckles use your head.
