Or the made in China stamp on the lower receiver of an Austrian firearm, or the magazine needing to be unscrewed, or the mostly plastic upper. Honestly I kinda love how they just "randomly" pick up a firearm and don't even check to see if its unloaded.

then explain the plastic internals and barrel, and the made in china sticker, or the "screws" in the magazine (let alone the magazine having rust or not being big enough for a 9mm or 0.40 caliber round), or the plastic filler used on the slide
