@@takeoverty1016that’s exactly what happened and was learned in the court room. So, tell us exactly how you didn’t watch the trial, without telling us. They also ruled that it wasn’t a homicide by a 2nd & 3rd coroner who overruled the coroner with his ingestion of toxic levels of multiple drugs he ingested. So, tell us again that you’re a sheeple, didn’t watch the actual trial or you would know why the jurors found the officers all 3, not guilty, only watched the snippets of video shot across the street, & not the 5 different cameras that show all angles & the entire scene of the incident. The prosecutor is going to be sanctioned due to the lies he was making up as he went along. This case should have never been brought to trial.

@@dudemorris7769 well if you read the charging documents it did read like a fantasy novel and little Manny was minding his own business and was attacked. Rather than the reality of what really happened. But that's what they do when four separate prosecutors offices refuse to charge this due to no factual evidence to support a murder charge. These clowns operate on nothing but their own weak emotional thoughts because they are arrogant enough to believe the rules don't apply to them and were given a traffic ticket in the past. So now every officer is bad. None of them have a f'ing clue of what's real or what is not.

Let’s hope that you’re never in a position to be looking at life in prison by a snippet of a video from a view point that isn’t favorable & that there’s other footage to clear you. Didn't the Pierce County prosecutor refuse to charge the officers? Didn't the independent review investigative panel refuse to recommend charges against the officers? This is at least the 4th time the AG office has lost cases involving charges against cops. Maybe listen to these independent review boards more.

@dudemorris7769 I thought the Attorney General Ferguson for reasons Unknown took the case from the Puerce County Prosecutor and decided to charge the three officers. We have requested from Ferguson all documents of evidence he had in his file Prior to charging the officers.

@@PoliceMisconduct-wf2kk That's incorrect. This went from Pierce, to King, to Kitsap and finally Thurston County for charging. All said there was NO probable cause. The State AG stepped in because this was going away for obvious reasons and stated that since Pierce County Deputies had been on scene that PC was unable was biased (For lack of a better term). So the AG took this over and investigated this a SECOND time. Read the state AG charging document....its a joke and full of misrepresented facts. Moving on to the trial the state preselected a case only saying the officers were racist and that why they killed poor old Manny. Add in witnesses to this while thing got caught posting comments on FB how they would lie on the stand if they had to testify because the officers were wrong in their eyes. Thos entire thing was a political witch hunt that ruined five families because of the actions of one man.

They only showed the parts of the two people who didn’t start the videos til well after they seen what was going on, lied about what the seen or perhaps due to the vehicles being around them, they couldn’t see what happened. ⁠Ellis made really bad choices, not only on that day but for years leading up to that day. Anyone who truly cared about him would have intervened long before to tell him the truth about his self destruction. Cops often have to deal with the last act in the life of someone who was abandoned long ago by the people that suddenly come out of the woodwork when a sad but unsurprising end comes.

Don’t get me wrong I know that they’re a bad police officers and I know that Black people sometimes get targeted by police but 99 out of 100 times it’s because they don’t comply. They refuse to listen to the police officers orders and then wonder why they’re getting beat up! i’m just saying it is a mathematical fact that if Black people complied with police officers, it would happen astronomically less than it does so when a cop tells you to get out of the car just get out of the car when he tells you to put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back if you weren’t doing anything wrong, you have an opportunity to prove it in the court resisting arrest and not listening to the police isn’t going to help. And don’t act like we don’t need police. Here’s some more mathematics take a look at how many Black people are killed by other Black people and then compare it to how many Black people are killed by white police. How do you know they were "Unknown and random." It would be extremely easy for only pre selected people to serve as Jurors, especially in this kind of case. It's not like the Defense Attorney or the Prosecutor is going to object, seeing how they are both on the same side, when it's Cops on Trial. This is what's called Judicial Theater, to make retards believe that the system "Works," because cops were being prosecuted.

Here's a little advice for blacks who persist in breaking the law. Then fighting and disobeying police officers doing their sworn job to arrest you. Since the percentages point to black offenders in similar cases like this, So the advice would be, stay off drugs, dont break the law, obey the officers commands, so exactly what they tell you even if you feel you didn't do anything. It will get rectified. And if you can talk, you can breathe. Officers do not get up in the morning hoping they are going to kill or hurt someone. Dummy up everyone and stay alive.
