Hello friends!
We're doing another aesthetic and this time it's the "eclectic" "quirky" "fun and playful" aesthetic and I'm showing you how to create fun and playful styles wherever you are on the style map. Going to talk a bit about each quadrant and then show you examples for each archetype.

I am an older cool girl with outsider tendencies: I've always loved the high-low mix, but with a polished and (slightly) preppy edge. I love hats and scarves and "the wrong shoe" - which I never understood as both hiding and showing. I was also once upon a time a big fan of Man Repeller!!! #blackismywhite

Very helpful. Thank you❤ I am super excited to see a dark, edgy, moody version. At least half the time that is where my style lives. A lot of dark style examples I see are for hardcore goths or emo high school kids. I am neither of these things.

This speaks to me! Thank you so much! Not sure what I am, I'll check the archetypes and figure it out. In the mean time, I am trying to pack for a 4 day trip and I cannot scale it down to a small carryon as I truly dress by mood.

I’m Up, probably RU. I consider my style to be pretty “fun,” but the only outfit I would wear out of this whole video is the sweetheart outfit on Reese Witherspoon. Even so, I found the video very helpful! It really helped me nail down my most helpful archetypes: the icon and the role model. I liked the explanation that the Icon’s mission in life can be *related to fun.* From this, I extrapolate that it doesn’t have to be vocational (I’m a homeschooling mom). I also think my life mission includes bringing beauty into the world, and fashion helps me do that.
