at my grandma Sallys funeral the guy had a thick accent and called her "Shally" the whole time and at my other grandmas funeral the preacher went into a 5 minute rant about a shepard taking care of his sheep who had ear mites. Funerals are not the time to explain how a comforting sounding bible passage is actually about ear mites. Seriously, he went in *depth* about those ear mites.

I've actually tried that. It was hilarious. And, they got me to plug my ears and my nose while doing so. Someone else had to hold the cup. I think you see where this is going.

Some of these skits have no closer. It goes from set up to punch line. Then run the punch line into the ground flat.

Yeah, this whole era of SNL is pretty overrated, honestly. To think that Monty Python had already ended Flying Circus by the time this aired. It makes one wonder what the appeal of this was.
