Old man is just on a different level, entirely. Didn't go the other way. Didn't walk around it. Didn't hesitate. Just kicked it. Then went on with his business as if it was a ball rolling into the street. He probably won't even tell anyone what happened because it's not a big deal to him.

That old man was my father Jose & he was from Spain. By nature, Jose was a risk taker & fending off that snake was nothing. However, he wouldn't intentionally hurt the snake, because he loved animals. He moved with his Mum to France when he was 9y.o. due to the civil war in Spain. They returned to Spain at the onset of World War 2. He grew older there & met & married his wife & they started a family. He again moved to France with his new family in the late 1950's. From there, in 1967, with 3 children in tow, the family moved to Sydney, Australia, eventually ending up in the Newcastle area by the early 1970's. My Dad (Jose) passed away in 2015 at the great age of 89y.o. God bless his soul.
