If you look closely, the man is several steps behind the zone. He starts moving, but doesnt enter till its touched. By the time people START moving, he's at full speed. Clever trick.

He didn't enter the box before the ball was touched. All a penalty kick is a direct free kick from that spot, which would make something like this perfectly legal. This is not the first time this has happened. One of the Brazilian players back in the late 90s, I think it was Romario, did this once in a WC qualifier match.

it's not a trick, it's "just" an "indirect penalty kick". you can read this at official FIFA rules. anyways, didn't saw someone doing a penalty kick like that before... other players can run into the penalty area after the player hits the ball; also then the goali can start running out, but can run before that on his line (horizontal). maybe the player from the goalkeepers team ran to early, but not the other player who shot the goal; so everything fine here.

Interesting... but this is not a funny penalty trick. It is a legal move if done properly but most of the time, the penalty-taker would be someone who can kick the ball properly into the net. A mistake of this technique would be done by Arsenal's Thierry Henry a few years back.
