I love Furls, the Odyssey is my favorite but it is always sold out. I think the pink yarn is daaling, like “Daaling (darling) you look marvelous!” Enjoy your hooks and yarn!!

I still am getting use to the inline style of hook, cause i’m so use to the tapered. But I’m slowly getting the hang of it 😊

Yes! What you said about how you move your hands with the yarn. I just picked up crochet a couple months ago and that is also how I work the yarn(with my left hand). So many youtube tutorials show the person doing everything with their with their right hand and the hook! ❤

I’m a huge Furls fan! I just recently unboxed some of the Wander yarn and yea, it’s smooth! I love the hooks, odyssey, streamline, wood, all of them!

The green and the brown in your cardigan are exactly the same as the carpet we had in our house in the seventies. You would have loved it.

Good!! I’m glad I’m not the only one who does more with their NON HOOK HAND!! I’m right handed so my hook is in my right hand and my left hand does all the work 😂

I bought an 8mm Bates hook to use for some Bernat blanket yarn and the edge of the hook cut the yarn! I had to get a new one and it works so much better, it's plastic with a handle. Also, the hook I use most often is a 5.5mm Boye that my grandma gave me and it's perfect for everything 😊

Live on the edge, try something new. I bought myself the glitter hook fr9m Furls. I've been practicing with it on hats, small gifts so I can get used to the type of hook tip it has. Grows on you. I'm happy Furls sent you stuff!

I think the "Dahling" one might be meant to be pronounced more like darling. I'm not sure, but it reminds me of how people will say "darling" but pronounce the R as more of an H sound than a rhotic R. Don't quote me on that, though, because English is super weird! Also...those hooks. So pretty!

I bought two and was so excited… but when I tried them, I just couldn’t stand the sound and feeling of the hook when I pull it through. I’m so used to the smooth metal ones. (I got the Jupiter and Capricorn ones too. So pretty! Even though I had to return them…)

Yeah I totally get that! I’ve been using the metal ones for years and it’s so weird switching it up lol
