We are creating these technologies because this is what we want, the internet started a boom when we didn't find the answer to an easy way to obtain information, we made technology more compact, more available, from a machine on a desk to a small device on our hands, but we still have to look for it, what if it was intelligent enough to bring it to us when we need it, an intelligent internet is what AI is, all the collection of information reacting to us, but hardware isn't enough, I predict the internet tool will be integrated into our minds, like Neuralink is trying to do, we will just simply know everything, and if we can make the necessary components in form of cells, DNA, future humans will be born with Super AI and infinite knowledge in their brains, our next step in evolution will be accomplished, the future humans intelligence will see our current selves as chimps.

Using copilot has allowed me to envision interacting with a computer as a rewarding and dependable asset. It is enjoyable to have a copilot like Spock who has instant and valid information that requires no effort on my part to have the information available. It is so easy that learning is not a chore but a pleasure. I look forward to incorporating these concepts' potential into reality so that everyone who wishes to utilize this technology will be allowed to do so. It will enrich life for us all!

@@nathanielplacide4119 Absolutely! But that doesn't mean he's not smart enough to utilize the technology he presents to optimize his workflow, while also improving and expanding his content. Utilizing AI doesn't diminish the perception of someone's personal intelligence and ability to produce great works on their own without AI. But in this age, foregoing such a boon to intellectual reach and productivity is counterproductive.

Rereading my first comment, I can see how it might've been taken as a personal slam, but it was only to elucidate how the best of todays LLMs can help thoughtful and inquisitive minds progressively turn iterative prompting into master works that give the receiver the impression that "the amount of research is insane!" Which truly it is, but condensed into minutes and hours instead of days and weeks by having it all intelligently suggested, researched, summed, and served by a single, super smart entity. My go-to helper entity is currently Perplexity Pro set to Claude 3.5 Sonnet - the generally-rated current best.

The purpose in life is to heal ourselves, and that the learning of life. If we don’t learn to re-discover ourselves through wisdom. We lose our consciousness. AI doesn’t have the wisdom but it’s probably good to manipulate you, so you’ll feel better. I am not against AI but if we don’t use it carefully we can lose ourselves. We just need to learn a new learning environment for wisdom so we can be conscious.

Considering that 2 thirds of our oceans are still unexplored due to depth, do you not think that creating swarm technology that can explore beyond beyond the depths that we can, and photograph/video anything they find at these extreme depths? It would also be very useful for finding aircraft’s that have vanished over oceans, very quickly, so they can (hopefully) be recovered.

How can AI be more intelligent than all humans combined, if all the knowledge it will have, is all the knowledge humans have combined, up until that point? The only way it can be more intelligent is if it can think, invent, and have emotional intelligence.

@@chocolatethai7747 it is and will because the data of human history including discoveries, other early discoveries that lead to new technologies, the robot can simultaineiusly remember every single law of every government of every country in different eons, it can remember and calculate spacial positions of solar system bodies as it traverse around the sun-both the celestial body's location in time from the past and the future.. example :calculate how much fuel needed for a satellite to arrive on Saturns moon 15 years from today, also keep track of every person's face.... All of these and more on a single robot. One robot.

Advanced AI is essential for transhumanism. People are mad because of AI art and makes sense. Replacing creativity is not an option really. It is not like a job that can be fully automated. Replacing the creation of art is like losing the will to live. Transhumanism have to remember people what AI is supposed to be, enhance humanity not replace it. The AI art tools will evolve to enable higher control and more artistic freedom, rather than the soulless text prompts today. Of course you can be good with text prompts. But text is not enough for visual creativity, you need better inputs like your own drawings and in the future, advanced BCI decoding imagination. By that point AI art won’t be a problem. BCI art will be unprecedented and multisensory

Nobody is stopping the rise of AI we are hitting the fast forward button. Problem with AI is not the AI itself but the fact our society is woefully ill prepared for it's mass role out, regulation is at best woeful and the weapons race with the use of autonomous and semi autonomous drones, robots turrets etc it's clear it is here to stay. How we utilize it is on us, and by the looks of it we are setting ourselves up for failure in the future if there is not revolutionary change on the outlook of the use and development of AI systems along with a total re evaluation of regulation to suit our contemporary world and the dynamics at play in it I can see it coming back to bite us in the arse.
